My friend recently got married and living with her partner in bray and her family being in Hungary she needed somewhere to stay the night before the wedding. She stayed in the old rectory and it was a great choice. It is BEAUTIFUL! The rooms, the features are just stunning. I highly recommend going there the lady of the house... More

Just back home after staying in the old rectory. Such a beautiful place, delicious breakfast and warm friendly host. Would definitely recommend for both families and for a romantic stay :) easy to find from the N11

I've booked Old Rectory b&b for my family and friends who arrived for a family function. They loved the place. It was quiet, rooms tastefully decorated, in a convinient location. The owner went an extra mile to make it a nice, relaxing stay. Equally, my elderly uncle as well as a 9 year old cousin left with very pleasant memories.... More

First night after arrival, just needed a place to crash on arrival in Ireland. Our first of several B&B's and very satisfactory for what we needed. Sort of hidden away, so check directions. Nice upstairs bedroom, friendly hostess. Terrific value. Good breakfast. House is a little dated and a little worn, just what we expected and added to atmosphere. Close... More

Myself and my wife stayed in this lovely B&B over the Easter Break when visiting family in Wicklow. The house is full of character and the hostess was lovely, she told us the house was built in the 1800's and used to be a church Rectory. We had a lovely big room with pretty views of the garden. Kay was... More

I shall begin with the positives. Lovely warm bedroom with really comfortable bed. Hostess was very friendly. However....the bathroom was a different story. The towels were REALLY hard, the shower over the bath was like a hosepipe, what little toiletries there were was covered in mould. The whole room was rather tired. The house was full of clutter. On the... More

We stayed at this adorable little castle/B&B this past February. The hostess was really wonderful! We had an awesome typical irish breakfast, with a large array of different sausages and cheese. There were only a few things that i might view as problematic: The bathtub didnt work in our room, to "conserve water"..It took my boyfriend and I a few... More

I had a great sized room, with two antique brass beds, a vast bathroom and a super view of the gardens. THe rectory is a listed heritage building, which limits what the owner can upgrade, but is beautifully kept, and decorated sympathetically. The place was toasty warm, wifi was excellent, and there is an electric kettle in the room, and... More
