This B&B was more like a small hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The hosts were pleasant, and the food excellent. The location is quite convenient for visiting the Rock of Cashel, arriving early in the day before it becomes too crowded.

The Aulber House is a lovely B&B at the edge of town. Close enough to walk into the business district but far enough away to be quiet and bucolic. Our room was spacious and looked out on a beautiful pasture. The grounds at Aulber House are extraordinary and you can enjoy them from the gazebo out front. The hosts are... More

We had a great time staying at this B&B. The room was large and well appointed. The bath was also spacious and fairly modern. The B&B architectural style looks like it is from an earlier time but was actually built in year 2000. Plenty of parking on site. Nice landscaped grounds. Breakfasts were the most extensive we had in Ireland:... More

My partner and I had come over to Ireland for a family wedding and wanted somewhere comfortable and central to all his family to stay and after some research chose this one. We couldn't have picked anywhere more perfect. Aulber House is beautiful. Our room was large, clean, had everything we needed and very comfortable. The one gripe I usually... More

This guesthouse was recommended by a friend and we are glad we stayed there. Beautiful large room - and for us, we were delighted to have a sheet and blanket instead of a duvet - wonderful. The shower was excellent - best one by far on our trip, but on the downside - no shelf or anywhere to put your... More

It is a unique house to stay in. You feel at home in this magnificient historic and clean house. We were very well welcome and our needs were met. We had a original irish breakfast. The place is 5 minutes to the rock of cashel and to the city center in which you will find nice pubs to eat. Go... More

Soon after we booked our one night stay with a request to keep the two rooms connected or nearby, we received an email from Bernice. She certainly made every effort to meet our needs. We arrived early before check in. Bernice welcomed us and lead us to our two rooms both were large and nicely decorated. She provided us some... More

Stayed here for one night recently having stayed here twice before years ago (in approx 2002 and 2005). Having returned so many years after my earlier visits I was delighted to see that it's as good as ever. External area This is a lovely guesthouse set in beautifully kept gardens. It has a large carparking area and views of the... More

I stayed here 9 years ago, and had always wanted to stay again. I returned on 18 July, and found that all of the positive reviews of Aulber House are still justified. It's just outside Cashel, yet still close enough to walk into the town in two minutes. The rooms are super, and the selection and quality of food available... More
