Have eaten here before any it was always good but tonight was totally different unfortunately. We waited 45 mins for our starter which was smoked salmon so it's not like they had to wait to cook it . I had chicken and mushroom vol au vent , loads of chicken no sauce and dry over cooked hard pastry. Hubby had... More

While staying at the beautiful Aherlow House Hotel we took a day trip to Cashel. Where we ate in the bar. The food took 40 mins to arrive, this was for main courses only, which was way too long for 2 baby bowls and 2 Roast Dinners. When it arrived it was just landed on the table, with no offer... More

50 mins from ordering until food arrived. Waitress forgot drinks, so my husband went to the bar to order them again. Food was bland. Highly recommend going elsewhere. The waitress was apologetic, but claimed it was so busy. It didn't seem so. Our food, pasta and a steak, were less than average.

We stopped in for a beer and decided to stay for dinner. It was early when we arrived so had a good chat with the bar lady and chef. Thoroughly enjoyed the food and the company of the staff. Prices were average, going on what we have seen in Ireland so far. Didn't spend a night here so can not... More

We went to the restaurant in the hotel for dinner. The food was ok but the service was awful. It was difficult to get someone to come to the table and then it took multiple trips for each item we ordered or needed - a beer & a glass of wine arrived 15 minutes apart, a menu 20 minutes later,... Considering the restaurant is so good, you would think the owners would take a little more pride in the hotel. Don't stay here unless you just need a bed to sleep on for one night as you pass through town. Otherwise, book yourself into a nicer, newer, cleaner hotel. It will be a more comfortable experience.

We stopped in for dinner after a long drive and walk around Cashel. The pub wasn't very busy, but that changed rather quickly! Our food was delicious and I could eat the same thing every night and die happy! And... The bartender was very pleasing on the eyes!

We stopped in for lunch after our trip to the Rock of Cashel and on a local's recommendation. It was a Sunday so not much was open in the town and this was pretty much our only choice. We are glad we went because we had the BEST burgers we have had in a very long time. They were delicious!!... More

My husband and I ate here Saturday night and was so very disappointed . The menu looked great when we read it outside hotel. I ordered fish and chips ,nice batter shame there was not much fish inside it. I also had a chowder , worse one I ate while travelling around Ireland , my husband tried it and it... More

I recently eat at this restaurant with my friend and our two young daughters, the service and lack of welcome we received made for a terrible experience. Having found this restaurant on menupages and read that it was child friendly I figured it to be the perfect restaurant to feed us all at 17:30 in the day. It soon became... More
