Rosemount is a lovely B&B, with a very warm welcome on arrival. The rooms are spotless and well furnished, we stayed during a very cold spell but the heating was on and the rooms were warm. The breakfast was very nice, and the owners couldn't do enough for us.

Maisie Meehan has the right personality for such a friendly and well appointed guest house- I was offered coffee, a beer or a glass of wine when I arrived back having stayed a year prior. I couldn't take the offer at the time but the thought was entirely genuine. Rooms are cosy, warm (this is January!) and well furnished (seems... More

Just returned from a two night stay here. A truly beautiful home. Bedrooms were all en suite and were the last word in comfort. John, who welcomed us on arrival, was a first class host. We enjoyed a hearty breakfast on both mornings after enjoying a good nights sleep in the comfortable beds. We're already planning a return trip!!

A very well kept guest house. The gardens are immaculate. The rooms are very quaint with a lot of attention to detail. Yes, the bathroom is a wee bit cramped but it's not the end of the world. (Unless you're huge!) The owners are very friendly and breakfast was lovely and in a beautiful room with a great selection of... More

Stayed here for two nights during the week, ideal if you need to be close to DkIT or the bust stop as it is close bu. The b & B had a separate entrance for guests. Room had everything you would expect. Only thing i felt was the room was a little chilly at night. I had paid for bed... More

We almost stayed here by accident as the Crowne Plaza where we had stayed previously was fully booked. We were a large-ish family group with requirements varying from grandmothers through to teenage boys and young children. John & Maisie at the Rosemount weren't fazed at all - we were soon happily ensconsed in fantastic rooms - all bright and clean... More

A very good start of our family's first trip in Ireland. The entire house was adorned with beautiful chandeliers, furniture, and beautiful blooming flowers surrounding the house. The dining area was beautifully assembled and the breakfast was delicious! Every little detail of the house is beautifully decorated. We will definitely come back again.

This B&B is run by John and Maisie Meehan and is located just outside of Dublin. The rooms are very comfortable and clean with in-room tea and coffee. We stayed just one night, but were greeted warmly when we arrived and offered (delicious) apple pie. The grounds are stunning! There are flowers everywhere and the yard is amazing! The "Full... It is very clean, nice carpet, lovely furniture in main areas. Stained glass windows, some details show their love to luxury - but the place has been made to last probably 40-50 years ago. Bedrooms are tiny - made for the small Irish folks ;-) Bathroom was a joke: soo small I couldn't even have a shower, when you want... More
