Stayed for two nights with my wife and enjoyed my time. The rooms are clean, tidy and spacious. I felt the food was basic and I felt overpriced. I would have no hesitation in making a return visit as I have stayed in worse establishments which cost more.

Be warned dont stay at this dump. Food is terrible. Common areas need to be knocked and rebuilt according to Manager they will be. Only saving grace new rooms built on were ok. Complained to so called Manager still awaiting reply. Next step for me is to call envoiremental health officers.

Wife and myself stayed for one night b&b and 2 course meal special and really had a very enjoyable time. Although a fairly dated hotel everything else made up for it. The staff could not have been more friendly and enthusiastic, the food was as good as you get and the entertainment from Bongo Billy, all 60's music was exellent.... More

I stayed there with friends when attending a concert which was also on in the hotel. We were treated as second class citizens, most probably because we were young. We were not permitted to return to our room after the concert as we only had the key card part of our key, not the piece of paper that you slot... More

Myself and my fiancee stayed here mid March and the idea of going away for a night is usually to have a break, to relax and unwind in comfort, but when you come home feeling tired and annoyed, you know you'll never return to that hotel. To look at the hotel from the road, you would be unsure as to... More
