Great Value Hotel, not the best looking from the outside and needs a little bit of TLC on the inside. The rooms were nice for the family of 4 of us, double bed and 2 single beds. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice location as its not in the center of dundalk but it isn't isolated. Wifi wasn't the best... More

How can you beat €45 for bed and breakfast plus bottle of wine for 2 people! Stayed in newer part of hotel, huge modern room away from road. Good breakfast, and no hurry to vacate room at 12pm. It's a great hotel for a road trip from Dublin and to visit Carlingford and Cooley Penninsula.

We were only looking for a convenient location and this hotel served its purpose by being ideally situated and great value for money at 65 Euros per night including as much as you can eat buffet breakfast. The receptionist was efficient and helpfull, our room was in the new part of the hotel, very large with a double and a... More

WE got B and B for 2 people for 45€ and a bottle of wine free as well. This hotel is not in the first flush of youth. It has seen better days. On entering we were given a smoking room. And it did smell. Once I went back to reception they gave me a non-smoking room straight away. The... More

Close to the village of Blackrock with good Pubs etc.. This hotel advertises free WiFi but when you try to use it you can't get a connection. They also advertise a laundry service but this is not available on weekends & when we did get it done our clothes came back still damp. The bathrooms need renovating badly however, if... More

It was with some misgivings that I checked into this hotel, I mean, what can you expect for 65 euro a night for bed and breakfast? Happily, what we got was certainly value for money. A decent sized room, clean and quiet with a more than acceptable breakfast. The staff were fine and the restaurant was fine. Ok, they forgot... More

Stayed for 1 night on a business trip. Something from another world..... Basic to say the least. When you see staff walking around with Wilkie talkies and more concerned with security than customers. Just read the previous reviews in detail. Speak for themselves ....you have been warned. There must be better places ?

We stayed one night here and could not fault the help and friendliness of the staff. A great spot for visiting both North and South of the Irish border. The cost was 45Euro for the room - the best price we've ever had! Buffet Breakfast was 10Euro each and quite substantial- well worth it! The room was large, television a... More

Spent a weekend here on business. If you plan to stay request a room in the new part. No hot water in the shower, mixer obviously not working and showers were cold. Restaurant offers a very limited menu, hotel is priced to represent this tough so you do get what you pay for.
