Stayed here for two nights for a wedding, as it is walking distance to Ballymacscanlon House Hotel. Very reasonably prices for the three bedroom cottage, between 6 of us. Comfortable and a pleasant place to relax with friends. The fact that the owner had a freshly baked, still warm, apple pie waiting for us certainly made it even better!

I was fortunate enough to stay in Millgrove Stables in September 2013 and I loved every moment of my time there. Being from the area I was looking for a place near to home and family but private enough to feel like I was on holiday too .Millgrove Stables provided this in bucket fulls! The location is ideal, quiet, tranquil... More

Stayed at the Millgrove Stables twice now, and will be planning to return next year. Its a short drive to Giles Quay and Carlingford Bay or the Dundalk town centre. Margaret was a great to help us with anything, always providing a lovely welcome basket. The cottages were of very high standard and we had a great comfortable sleep. Would... More

Millgrove Stables provides everything that you need to be comfortable away from home. I stayed for 6 weeks on business and enjoyed all of the features Millgrove had to offer. The accommodations are spacious and the self catering facilities are top notch. The flats are comfortable, warm and beautifully decorated. Millgrove is conveniently located by the M1, Carlingford, Dundalk, Dublin,... More

Millgrove stables is a gem of place in close proximity to Dundalk, Carlingford or Newry. The aim of our stay was to relax and unwind and we achieved that. The accommodation is comfortable, cosy and very well presented. It is suitably furnished for all self catering needs. There is plenty to see and do short drives away. I would recommend... More

With family in the area this is the second time we have stayed at Millgrove. The stables are situated perfectly on the outside of Dundalk and opposite the Ballymascanlon Hotel. The stables themselves have been beautifully converted to lovely modern houses. They are warm, spotless and come with warm scones and bread for your arrival. I would certainly stay again... More

Millgrove Stables are self catering apartments converted from old stables just outside Dundalk in County Louth, Ireland. The stables was a perfect place for our group to stay in, with all we could possibly want available to us, and Margaret, our landlady, on hand if we needed anything more. Would highly recommend this place for a visit.
