A lovely B & B with a super bed. The shower was poor in room 1 and let it down. A really really good breakfast which set you up for the day. I look forward to staying here again in the very near future.

We stayed one night here and found it excellent. We were greeted with tea/coffee and cake and shown to a spacious and spotlessly clean room with a King bed as a bonus. The breakfast was outstanding and Paul showed us the fabulous views from the terrace of the river and old stone bridges. A very enjoyable stay and would recommend... More

It's been two years since we were last here, and everything we thought in the first visit still stands. Excellent B&B, the best and most comfortable beds, wonderful breakfast. They have long ago sorted the website issue and the Saorview probs. Well done on a wonderful place. Will definitely be returning!

My wife and I stayed here Sept. 10-11. It was certainly the best B&B we stayed in during our trip around SW Cork and Kerry. Room was perfect, with a huge bathroom. Welcoming tea & coffee on the Terrace (overlooking the river) was a lovely surprise. The hosts Paul & Roseena were wonderful & the breakfast they served was magnificent.... More

What a gem ! Stayed for 4 nights. Room was immaculate, very comfortable and lovely, large bathroom. Breakfast was a feast each morning. Great to have a lounge to relax in as well, and the deck looked superb (but it rained most of the time, so I didn't get to use it !) Excellent base for exploring the area, and... More

One night wasn't enough in this lovely place, the hosts were friendly and very hospitable with welcome tea and cake. Breakfast was great; a wonderful bowl of fresh fruit, a platter of cheeses, fish, meats and then a cooked breakfast (if you are not too full!) and of course a choice of cereals etc. The bed was so comfy and... We stayed here for one night and had a fabulous experience. Arches is an oasis of tranquillity. On arrival we were shown to our beautiful room, queen size bed, lovely tones of heather, fresh and high quality linens and towels. Paul made us tea and cake which we enjoyed on the sunny, peaceful deck. Had a great night's sleep. Breakfast... More

This B and B was a pleasure to stay in. The bed was really comfortable and the ensuite bathroom was very clean and tidy. There is a very nice outdoor deck with a lovely views of the river at the back of the property - the odd shower late in the afternoon stopped us from using it. The wifi is... More

We recently stayed at the Arches bed and breakfast in Glengariff in south Cork.I would recommend the Arches for anyone that would like a clean, modern, tasteful bed and breakfast. The food was really good and a teriffic variety put on display, though this must be costly. The bed was very comfortable as was the room. A single large table in the... More
