After a long drive we decided to call in here to see if there were any vacancies. The receptionist was very welcoming and quick to answer any questions we had. The room was basic but large and clean. There was plenty of tea and coffee. We ate at the bar. I would not recommend the seafood chowder as it was... More

Went for breakfast in the above hotel restaurant yesterday. Food was ok, and place clean but that is where the fun ended! Was charged 7 euro for two sausages and an egg! This is despite the fact that we had been earlier told you could pick and choose and be charged for whatever you ate. 9 euro for main breakfast... More

Dear Customer, We are disappointed to hear about your dissatisfaction on your recent visit to the hotel. The hotel did experience an extremely busy few days as Community Games was being held locally, however this does not excuse the fact that a staff member appeared to be rude and that you feel you were overcharged. We offer sincere apologies on... More

I recieved this as a present, and after a couple of false starts, ( all my fault) we finally got there, The hotel staff couldn't do enough for us and made us feel very welcome indeed. The only fault I would have with the place is they would need to start upgrading the place, like flat screen tvs in room... More

Stayed here on a Saturday night, receptionist was very pleasant, check in and out was efficient. The room needs improvement very very basic as mentioned before no information about hotel etc available in room, curtains were ripped, the whole room seem so dull and miserable. Outside the bedroom door you could hear everything with the door in the hall opening... More

This hotel needs a major overhaul. Its old, worn looking and not the cleanest hotel I have stayed in. The only good thing about the hotel is the staff who were very friendly and helpful. Its the first and last time ill be staying there.

The Creggan Court is a standard hotel in an unremarkable area of town. It's not located in the town centre but is beside a filling station, McDonalds and a few other stores. The room was comfortable, with a decent bed but the shower wasn't great. Overall, a good choice if you're passing through.

The staff of this Hotel have no sense of customer service whatsoever. The hotel is well maintained and clean but there is a lack of leadership in guiding there young and local staff.....bring back the polish workers who want to work!! Paul from Donegal
