We spent a night in this hotel on a Saturday night this July. The town is easy to get to, the parking is across the road, the hotel is in a fine location. The bedrooms are what you pay for, simple and a bit dated, but comfortable and very clean. The staff at reception were great, and in the restaurant... More

Hotel larger than it looks! Much extended. popular with coach parties - but they tend to arrive late in the day, & leave early. Although the dining room looked packed with the coach parties, & noisy, we (not part of a large group) were seated in a virtually separate room. Also large & nicely decorated, but not crowded! Staff all... More

Spent two nights in this hotel and enjoyed it. It is an older hotel and is in need of some TLC, but having said that the staff were helpfull and friendly. One minor issue cropped over over a breakdown in communication with one of the migrant staff in the restaurant, but this was quickly resolved by a good will gesture.... More

The hotel is set on the main road but do not let that put you off, the staff are hard working and go that extra yard to make you welcome, the hotel is clean and tidy and the food is excellent. Overall a three star hotel that should be four stars

The hotel looks a bit jaded from the outside but is bright and air in the foyer. Very clean, the staff work hard to retain that standard. the menu was varied and the meals were well presented, my only gripe was the lack of imagination when it came to serving new potatoes every night with no other alternative. The room... More

We stayed at this hotel early May 2014. The hotel has been refurbished and the rooms were light, clean and airy. We did ask for a nice view, but overlooked the main street and the local take away however the streets were quiet and the take away came in handy one of the nights we were there as my hubby... More

Staying in this hotel on a Saturday night in May. Its an honest hotel that does what it is supposed to deliver. Everything is clean, although nothing special, the room is well kept and clean, lots of towels in the bathroom, there is functioning WiFi in the rooms as well. The breakfast is served, rather than being a buffet, but... More

This is a great hotel at B&B prices. The corridors are old but the rooms are renovated, fresh and finished to a good quality. The best part is the 5 star bed. This hotel was a great surprise, I normally don't go for this type of big hotel, that caters for bus loads of tourists.

I was here with a group during summer. This is the type of functional hotel that is fine when you are touring going from point A to point B, but I wouldn't choose it for a relaxing break or with family. During summer, this is really "industrial tourism" and this hotel, like most in Lisdoon cater primarily for the large... More

This was our first holiday to Ireland. We opted for a David Urquhart tour, so we had high expectations, (as we have travelled with them many times before) and I am pleased to say we were not disappointed. The only blip was on our outward journey, we arrived at Cairn Ryan just as our ferry boat was leaving. Not to... More
