We stayed here to attend a wedding recently. On arrival the receptionist was lovely, and check in was very quick. Our room was bright and spotless. We came down to the bar before dinner to have a drink. It was very busy as can be expected during a wedding but bar staff were quick and kept the bar absolutely spotless.... More

We booked a family room for a 3 night stay and found the room spacious, clean and very comfortable. We ate in the bar on the first night and the food was of a very high standard and cooked to perfection. The breakfast was buffet style with a selection of juices, cereals, yoghurts, fruit, bread, cold meats, tea/coffee, toast and... More

En route on a trip we decided to stay at the Lady Gregory. The staff made sure when phoning we were aware this was a wedding night, with the associated revels :-) The staff was helpful the entire stay, service and breakfast were decent.

We didn't stay in the hotel but visited the bar on a Sunday evening for dinner. We had been there years before for a wedding and remembered it as being a fairly standard hotel. In the 5 years since we had last been there, nothing seemed to have changed, and the place seemed very shabby. The bar has lovely woodwork... More

Lovely hotel and great place to stay while touring the west of Ireland. Lovely staff, great big rooms, good breakfast and a small but nice leisure center. Got a good rate on the internet and used it as our base for three nights

We stayed for three nights, so had time to dwell on the good, the bad and the ugly in this hotel. Here are the positives: Beautiful public rooms - the wood and stained glass are really lovely Excellent food in the bar Friendly staff throughout Excellent breakfast, although my husband was disappointed that there were no kippers! Lovely swimming pool/leisure... More

We only stayed here for one night unfortunately, for what I thought would be an average, mediocre stay...........let me just say ...........I was WRONG. This hotel is a real find because of the attention to detail by all of the staff. Everyone was so friendly, the place was spotless, the decor in the bar and dining room really lovely. Only... More

This hotel gave fantastic value. It is about 30mins from Galway easy route with little traffic, this half hour commute gave me a large quiet room, comfortable bed, reasonably good free wifi, a well equipped leisure centre and a decent breakfast all for less than half the price of equivalent hotels in Galway City. The building is fantastic, the woodwork... More
