Yates Lodge is tucked into the hills of North Sligo, ideally situated for exploring this dramatically beautiful part of Ireland. Our rooms were, of course, clean and comfortable with great showers and wonderful views. But more importantly, Geraldine, our hostess, could not have been kinder, warmer or more helpful to all her guests. She helped us to discover this part... More

Yeats Lodge is in a quiet setting at the end of a lane with a stunning view of Ben Bulben and sheep in the pasture. The rooms are pristine and water in the shower is hot and plentiful. Clean sheets and towels, abound! Geraldine is not only exceptionally kind and accommodating (gluten free products were no problem), but also has... More

This is a spectacular B&B. Everything about is A1...Geraldine wonderfully friendly and helpful. Breakfast super. I would recommend it as a must stay in any trip to Ireland. Surrounding scenery is outstanding, if you are a hiker you will be in your element.

Michael and Geraldine are the most gracious hosts. The rooms are large and more than comfortable with a wonderful breakfast each morning. The grounds are lovely with all the animals to entertain you. Within walking distance to a nice restaurant and Yeats grave. It is a great place with beautiful views of Benbulben.

We spent the night at Yeats Lodge, a lovely place in Sligo. We were greeted by a donkey, rooster and dog on arrival. Our hostess, Geraldine was delightful and we had fun chatting with her. Our rooms were spotless, beds comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious and hearty. Excellent free WiFi.

We LOVED this B&B. The location was so lovely - quiet and peaceful countryside, amazing view of Benbulben from the house, walking distance from a great restaurant for dinner. I wish we had stayed longer! Geraldine and her husband (Michael? sorry, bad memory for names!) were very sweet hosts, and my son enjoyed petting the donkey and the dog. Breakfast... More

What a beautiful spot! We loved the Yeats Lodge...clean (so clean!), private, scenic, and Geraldine was a pleasure to talk with. She had great recommendations for the local area and was just a fun lady. Our second day there the hot water went out...a bit of a drag, but it turns out Geraldines's husband was away and fixing the problem... More

The B&B went ABOVE and BEYOND what was necessary to host. We arrived extremely late due to underestimation of traveling time in Northern Ireland. We were still greeted with warmth when it was an extreme inconvenience. Breakfast was delicious and made to order, the rooms were clean and spacious. Though we only stayed one night, Geraldine made us feel so... More

Yeats Lodge in Drumcliffe, County Sligo was one of the most delightful B&B's we have ever stayed in. Large rooms, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast and a knowledgeable and most friendly hostess. We look forward to returning...
