“Mixed feelings”

Got off to a bad start in this hotel. Car park not too impressive - certainly not for ladies with high heels. Had been told that check in was anytime after 3pm. Arrived at 4pm - queue at reception desk and then asked to wait 10 mins as room wasn't ready. Didn't get key to room until 4.40pm. Not impressed... More
