We stayed for 3 nights and it was great. There was a welcome package when we arrived and travelling with two infants the house was all kitted out. We hadn't opted for stair gates but after the first night we thought it would be a good option so ran our resort manager and they were fitted no problem. The resort... More

Perfect short holiday with our little baby and Dog, very relaxing and enjoyable. Staff were great and facilities were very good, the spa was an amazing experience, highly recommend a treatment to unwind. Suggest a little more attention should be given to the main sauna and steam room facilities to improve the experience. Will definitely return!

We were attending Litfest in nearby Ballymaloe with another family. Between us we have three boys all under three years old, so we really wanted something that would give the kids had space to run around - Castlemartyr Natural Retreats has that in droves! The three bedroom house we stayed in was just stunning. Big open living/room kitchen with sun... More

We chose to stay for a week at Natural Resorts Castlemartyr as we were visiting family in the area but with two young children, we needed to have our own space and independence. We had stayed at the resort's hotel before and so were familiar with what facilities were available to us. From the off, our onsite concierge, Amanda, was... More

Stayed for weekend with my mother and 2 sisters in a 2 bedroom lodge. Lodge very clean but a little bit of maintenance required, shower head in one bedroom leaking & toilet seat in another toilet missing. Service was excellent and we were left with an upgraded breakfast hamper as it was my mother's birthday.

Fantastic 3 bed lodge booked for the weekend. Everything was catered for and staff where extremely helpful and polite. Would definitely stay again. Reason for my stay was a friends wedding and it was a fantastic set up.

Wonderfully relaxing break. Fabulous location. The Mews House was just right and perfectly located for using hotel amenities. Helpful staff. Good selection of eateries on site. All within walking distance. Nothing too much for anybody.

We have stayed in both the mews and lodges and found the lodge better suited to our needs. The living accommodation is huge and allows plenty of space for children to run around. The bedrooms are very spacious and the kitchen while compact has everything you need. The welcome hamper is a lovely touch and conains everything you need when... More

We stayed in the castlemartyr hotel as a couple in 2012 and loved it'. This time we decided to go down the self catering route as we thought it might give us more flexibility in the evenings while our 6 month old baby slept. It's definitely a good option for those seeking more space and flexibility while wishing to avail... More
