Stayed in 2 cottages ,one for parents one for teens. Worked out well.Basic accommodation at v.affordable prices. Described as self catering but the s/c aspect of dining was not well catered for due to cramped kitchen layouts, with a little make do we managed. Rooms would not encourage you to spend time in them as no place to sit and relax.... more

My husband & I have just returned from a 3 night stay at Caseys Townhouse accomodation. I felt it was great value 3 nights B&B and one dinner for just less than €200. The townhouse is not part of the hotel but is only about 5 minutes away. We could have stayed at the hotel for the same price but... more

Excellent accomodations, nice room overlooking the harbor (and the ruins of an old church and graveyard). You absolutely must spring for the black sole for dinner! Veggies are direct from the garden out back...can't beat that for fresh. more

We stayed for two nights at Casey's in mid-July. We could not have been more pleased with our stay. We greeted Michael Casey, the owner, as we registered. Our room was fantastic; large and comfortable and facing the bay. We ate in the restaurant the first night and do not pass up the mussels. Best we've ever had! The full... more

Location may be everything but I would expect a 'decent' Sunday lunch at such a beautiful setting however this was not to be. I ordered 'Roast Rib of Beef', what arrived was overcooked (expect it was microwaved) topside of tough, dry and grey beef. I returned it and asked for the Roast Lamb instead, this sat in a plate of... more

On booking was offered a choice of a room in the hotel or one of the cottages. The cottages were almost half the price of the hotel so we went for that. The cottage was right beside the hotel with breakfast served in the hotel. It was very clean and comfortable, possibly brand new. Hotel dining room had lovely view... more

It is a nice clean friendly place to stay but would not want to pay more than the 200 we paid for 2 nights with one nights dinner included. more

We have stayed at Caseys of Baltimore on a number of occasions over the last few years. The food and service is always of a consistently high standard and the pub is a gem. However, after our last visit we have decided to find a new place to stay for our visits to Baltimore. The rooms are in need of... more

This was a weekend special offer through Supervalu tokens. The cost was EUR 199 for 2 nights, breakfast and 1 dinner, children free. We were given a very large family room with 2 single beds and one double bed. The standard of the accommodation wasn't great, cheap pine beds, no decoration on the walls. It was however clean, lovely views... more

Stayed in the charming village of Baltimore for one night and really had no other choice than to stay in Casey's as the other hotel was closed (it had been recently been sold) and a lot of the guest houses were also closed as it was off peak. We went into the bar to order food as we were going... more
