My boyfriend and I booked this hotel on a whim while on a train to Cork. We booked it (sadly) for only one night with a groupon deal. It came with the free breakfast (which was delicious!), a free bottle of house wine, and a double-bedded room for under 50 euro. The hotel staff were lovely and warm, the room... More

We decided to wait to find a place until we got to Count Cork.. As was sat for a pint after the Jameson tour, we found this fantastic little hotel. Very hospitable, very clean and very convenient. The room was immaculate and decorated in very good taste.. Very roomy for us. The staff was very friendly and didn't think twice... More

Great View, good size room and bathroom, Room 16, heated towel rack. Dated chair in room. Very warm so we opened sea view window, fans from restaurant directly adjacent, noise and aroma came into room. Middle of night, staff, I assume, cleaning up and breaking bottles into garbage. Would ask for a different room next time. Staff at front desk... More

My wife and I had already planned and booked a break in Cork when I saw a voucher deal for the WatersEdge Hotel. I purchased a two night stay that allowed us to extend our stay in Cork. From the moment we arrived we felt entirely at home. The room was beautifully sunlit, cosy and spotlessly clean. The views were... More

We arrived on a wet and cold February evening to be greeted by a cosy fire in the hearth, and a smiling face behind the desk. There is limited free underground parking and we were lucky enough to get a space. Otherwise it’s ‘pay’ parking on the roadway outside. Check-in was prompt and we got a great room on the... More
