The WatersEdge Hotel is a fabulous hotel. Spotlessly clean and very efficient. This is our second stay at the hotel and I quite simply have nothing negative to say about it. The rooms are beautifully decorated and have sea views (most of them) and the food in the restaurant is fabulous. The menu is limited but there is something for... More

This is truly at the water's edge. When you looks out the window - it seems like you are on a boat. Conveniently located next to the Heritage Center. Big rooms - comfortable beds and linens, welcoming staff. Breakfast is the full Irish or order something else - all included. Lovely lobby with a fire to sit beside.

What’s not to like about the Waters Edge? We have just enjoyed our third stay here. It’s absolutely charming, is in a fantastic location, and staff are friendly and cheerful. There is limited underground parking but we have always been lucky enough to get a space. This time we got a room with windows on both sides so we could... More

Stayed at Waters Edge Hotel April 2015. Beautiful location next to Cork harbour with a rich maritime history of Irish emigration as well set out in various interactive historical shows available in Cobh. The hotel is small with extremely limited public area space. There is no elevator. The dining room incorporates a bar and dining area. Decoration throughout is somewhat... More

Sleeping in a room with a harbour view was almost like sleeping on a ship, without the seasickness! Fantastic location, right on the water. Really welcoming and professional staff. Good selection of items for choice on the dinner menu. A 2 minute walk to the Titanic Museum, which was well worth visiting, with authentic memorabilia. Hotel is a 3 minute... More

The hotel is in a great location, we got the seaview room even we didn't ask for it (Thank you!), and the view was just stunning! The room and the bathroom was clean, beds really comfortable, there was also kettle, cups and coffee, tea and milk in the room. And when the sun woke us up in the morning, we... More

Just back from a two night stay in the lovely watersedge hotel in Cobh. I think what distinguishes this hotel most is the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. I had booked a groupon for my husband's birthday. From the moment, I contacted the hotel to arrange the date to the minute we checked out, the staff went out of their... More

The hotel is in a great location, very central to Cobh and 1 mins walk from the train station. Our room had great views across the harbour. However, I imagine when some of the larger cruise ships are docked this will obscure the view. The general decor of the hotel is good but some of the furniture in the room... More

What can we say about this hotel? From the moment we called to reserve till we walked in the door the staff were just so so friendly. So attentive and friendly but professional enough and relaxed in the one sentence. The location of the hotel is excellent such a nice location just within walking distance of the town and up...
