We rented out the main farm house to run a yoga and sound retreat. Janny and Fred were brilliant, showed us around and then left us to our own devices so we could feel were were in a home away from home. The house is warm, cozy clean and lovely and I would thoroughly recommend it for a group or... More

Delighted to have recently spent a healing few days at Hagel. Great food, great massage and lovely caring kindness from Janny and Fred. Overall a healing space- and the best retreat out of the hectic, busy lives we lead. Loved the sceanary, space and care With thanks Mary Barry

This was my third stay at Hagal Farm, my second "detox" there. Janny and Fred are so welcoming it's a pleasure to stay at Hagal - the haven they have created in a glorious West Cork setting. The treatments I had were excellent. Fred's teas, salads and soups are so tasty I felt as though it wasn't really a detox.... More

I spent three days here earlier in the year. It's hidden away on steep dirt track just off a long and quiet country road. I got up early in the mornings, only to take photos of the mist and rain (it was Feb after all) and then back to Hagal Healing Farm for a huge breakfast. Most days I skipped... More

If you need to recharge then look no further. Just completed the Detox package at Hagel & feel fantastic. Fred's detox meals were delicious and Janny's treatments supreme. It's been 6 yrs since I was at Hagel - I won't be leaving it so long for the next visit.

Have to say Hagal Farm is in the most beautiful location. So peaceful. Had a great chilled weekend with friends. Wish we could have stayed longer. Lovely hosts, excellent food, fab Indian Head massage. Would definitely recommend it if you want a few days away from the normal hectic pace of life!

A little piece of heaven in the wilds of West Cork. Nestled in the heart of the countryside in the most picturesque setting. Janny and Fred were the perfect hosts. We arrived to such a lovely warm welcome and settled into our cosy room. While relaxing in the skyroom Janny came to tell us to step outside to see the... More
