What makes or breaks a hotel is hoes good the staff are and this one wins by a country mile. Attended wedding there and stayed for 2 days. Reviews made you think if this was going to be good or not. Guess what, they are actually not always right. Arrived to attend reception, booked villa away from main area. View... More

We stayed for three nights in July 2014 on the family deal paying a very reasonable rate. The hotel is outdated but was clean and for the price it is hard to complain. The main asset of the hotel is the staff, who were all very friendly, kind and attentive. It is hard to single anyone out but I must... More

To walk into this hotel I thought wow this place is fab to say I was disappointed when I went to the room... We had to go up a lift and then climb two flights of stairs to our room ( which would of been ok if we didn't have a two year old in a buggy who was asleep... More

Stayed in this hotel recently for a couple of nights and the overall impression was positive. The staff are a delight to deal with and I must single out Tom and his staff in the restaurant for particular praise. They were well presented well trained and very efficient. They were all smiles and worked very well as a team. Reception... More

We stayed here for 1 night only just to pass by the night then heading to Mizen Head. The room is normal and you can sleep nicely. The restaurant is not bad specially during breakfast (Buffet). Recommend for families w/ kids as it's safe enough and they can sleep comfortably.

We came to this hotel the night after we left a moldy bed and breakfast. Well the room and bathroom were cleaner but this lace is no better than a motel 8. Rooms are in need of repair and the one window that opened didn't let air through very well. The breakfast was horrible. We were desperate for a place... More

We got married here last week and working in the hotel industry i would be very critical but from the moment we first decided to have our wedding here I must say i have had nothing but praise for the staff in the hotel. Pat the General Manager was absolutely brilliant, nothing was too much and he made sure everything... More
