We found this hotel dirty noisy cold and dismal. The room was shabby, the walls thin and the hotel in general need of updating. We booked direct and paid full price, what a rip off never again especially as we later saw a fab new hotel in Bantry. The staff however were very pleasent. more

Unless you're desperate don't stay there. This hotel is in dire need of updating and refurbishing and above all install some insulation so guests can get a decent night's sleep.
