We stayed in this very friendly, convenient Kerry Coast Hotel recently. Having received a very warm 'Caherciveen' welcome we were shown to a lovely relaxing, clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was home-made and delicious, as were the evening meals we enjoyed. Hearty wholesome food served by very nice and friendly professional staff. There's a great atmosphere in the bar and... We stayed in February and may have been the only persons staying mid week. The room was lovely and big and nicely heated as it was very cold outside. The staff was super helpful. We had someone come fix the lights within 5 minutes of calling downstairs. The food, we had both breakfast and lunch, was excellant. They made the... More

They had early breakfast for us because we had to leave early in the morning. The food was perfect both breakfast and dinner. They're sea food dishes are really worth trying. Rooms were incredibly... Caherciveen is a pretty spot with a few interesting historic sites. We enjoyed a quiet stroll around the area in the evening. Friendly staff, spacious rooms, great breakfasts. We also had a delicious dinner.

very nice hotel. Slightly dated, slightly worn , but clean. Staff is exceptionally nice and helpful and the bar/restaurant downstairs was great. Would stay again. Restaurant downstairs seemed to be the best in town.

Unfortunately having worked in the industry maybe I'm being a bit critical My husband and I booked in here for Wed. 6th and Thurs 7th August. You enter through Frank's Bar and into reception where a german couple were awaiting someone to check them in. Eventually a gentleman from the bar appeared and showed them to their room before showing... More

Very friendly and helpful staff. We arrived needing to make a local phone call but failed miserably. The bar staff offered all kinds of help and eventually managed to put us through. The meal was superb, especially the fish pie! A great place to stay. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Will definitely be back.
