Stayed here with friends for a weekend. The food was absolutely out of this world. Portion sizes were more then enough and very reasonable prices. The staff were excellent and very friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and we will be returning again soon for another weekend.

We stopped in for a main meal to eat before a long journey on Sunday 22nd June The bar was dark and dusty on the hottest day and generally uninviting . The tables were lower than the function chairs provided with them and one. Of our drinks was served in a cracked glass . Overall a very disappointing food experience... More

Larry Mathews One of thee most authentic hotels in Ireland, overflowing with natural atmosphere and character, The meals created with care and yet still at a price that all can easily afford. The staff, hotel, waiting, and bar have still what is sadly lacking in many of the hotels of our era, and That is hospitality and charm, and with,... More

Just back and recovering from my third trip this year to the Old Glenbeigh, this spot is defiantly worth a trip at least once in everyone’s lives...... We travelled from Kinsale to celebrate a birthday of one of our friends. The hospitality is second to none from the minute you’d arrive you’re like one of the family!!!! The staff are... More

Having decided on the Olde Glenbeigh Hotel for my Partner's 80th Birthday Lunch recently on May 7th, we could not have chosen better. With varying tastes, Marie, Cillian and Mary were able to provide the most beautiful meals, the food was fantastic - we could not fault anything; Marie made sure we had the best time ever. It was a... More

Have been going to the Olde Glenbeigh for years now. It has never failed to disappoint. The menu hasn't really changed over the years but the food is always great. If you are travelling on the Ring of Kerry, it is the ideal place to stop for a bite.

We stopped here around lunchtime for a bite to eat (we did not stay in the hotel) so, strictly I am reviewing the bar/restaurant only. However, from the welcoming and caring nature of the staff, I can honestly recommend the place. And I would fully recommend it for a food stop anytime you are doing the Ring of Kerry. A... More
