This is an excellent B&B..more like a mini hotel.A little hard to locate but a gem when you find it.It is clean homely, spacious bedrooms with double doors onto the lovely garden. It is quiet and peaceful by the river Luane, within walking distance to the nice little town of Killorglin. The Hosts are both friendly and helpful. The breakfast was... More

Excellent guesthouse that I can't recommend enough. The folk that run this place are lovely people. So helpful and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The beautiful River Laune runs right beside the property, which is excellent. There is a platform that over looks the river which has table and chairs. It makes for an ideal setting to drink... More

Beautiful house in amazing setting ,more than a B& B overlooking river, hosts were really nice and chatty .Room really big and spotlessly clean and breakfast was amazing. short walk to centre but there is about 100 yards of the road that is not lit and no pavement so ok when its daylight.Would definitley recommend this place.

This B&B was a really nice big house, our room was spacious with double doors that could open up to outside. Breakfast included in the morning was fantastic, you could chose from a selection of freshly cooked food on a menu and also help yourself to a buffet of various cereals, breads, cheeses, fruits etc. Parking is onsite and town... Grove Lodge is a short and easy walk into Killorglin town. The B&B is beautifully decorated and the rooms are very well appointed and large. We stayed here three nights using it as a base for traveling to Dingle Peninsula, Kenmare and Muckross Castle. Delia and Fergus Foley are wonderful owners with great recommendations and prepare a knockout breakfast! Their... More

The holiday houses are big with two large double/twin room and one smaller single bedroom all en-suite. We were able to get a good night sleep despite the busy road. Unfortunately we were unable to walk to Killorglin centre with out young child due to the rather dangerous road. The nearest playground is located in the centre. The house was... More

We stayed here in August 2012 when we took a week and a half tour all over Ireland. The Grove Lodge is a cozy guest house and even though it is located on a busy road, we barely heard any noise. It is not the most modern guest house, but it has charm. The room was a great size...very comfy... More

Both Delia and Fergus are excellent hosts. Their welcome was warm and genuine and they were extremely helpful in suggesting places of interest throughout Co Kerry. Their local knowledge was assuring, the breakfast of a high standard and the location, though on the main road between Killorglin and Killarney, was quiet and the décor delightful. Our bedroom was very comfortable... More

although the owners are hard working and welcoming people, the hotel had its heyday in another decade. breakfast was tasty and rooms were adequate, with some signs of wear (lights out, mouldy wall in bathroom). after readiing exhuberant tripadvisor reviews, staying here was a let down, especially with the noisy road in front of hotel. top hotels deserve a 9... Lovely! Fergus and Delia are excellent hosts. You can walk behind the house and enjoy a beautiful view of the river. Grove Lodge is right on the Ring of Kerry, so it's easy to see the sights. Fergus was able to give us some tourist tips about what to see. Our room was lovely & immaculate. The common sitting room... More
