We had the most wonderful holiday imaginable. We rented a beautiful detached holiday home , fully equipped and well presented . Caragh glen is set in the most breath taking area in Ireland . We will most definitely be back.

These are beautiful houses in a peaceful and tranquil location. We stayed in July 2013 for a week with two young kids and had a fantastic time. We were almost put off by the reviews on this site but in the end were really glad we chose Caragh Glen. The house was REALLY spacious and modern and apart from a... More

Location wise-fab....we had 3 small children. The house was so poorly maintained-we just won't be back. Broken tiles on kitchen floor that we had to remove as they were sharp; glass on stairs due to broken velux; etc....big pity because aside from the house we had great holiday in the area. If the house was better maintained-we would have been... More

Served as the ideal location for a relaxing get away! We stayed for 6 nights in one of these beautiful houses, and besides getting a bit lost due to the bad directions given on the website we booked with (go by directions to the hotel, then follow signs for Caragh Lake Holiday Homes), it was absolutely perfect. The house was... More

..Obviously the other reviewer had some problems with the maintainance so not sure what has happened since our visit. We booked through Hoseasons Ireland (they have stopped bookings in Eire now). Location wise, nothing much around the house and the rear of the five houses (they are all 4 bed detached in a cul-de-sac) was a forest with no lighting... More
