Very disappointing. Given a room which reeked of cigarette smoke overlooking a noisy road. The windows were locked and had to be opened by a member of staff. Huge queue for breakfast which resulted in a guests being seated in the foyer area and a member of staff coming out at intervals calling out room numbers as tables became available... more

we stayed here for four nights including dinner each evening,we arrived to clean bright rooms .Dinner each evening was a lovely with plenty of choice and breakfasts were the best buffet breakfast selections around.The staff in restaurant & Station house bar were friendly & efficient.We will definitely be returning shortly more
