My mother and I stayed at the Woodstock Arms in May 2014. It was a lovely pub with very friendly and kind hosts. The accomodation was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was delicious. The village is one of the most beautiful places we have ever visited and a true highlight of our trip to Ireland.

Me and my friend were in the Woodstock arms in October 2014, and we had a great stay. We can recommended to everybody. About a mile hill up you have on your left side the mansion with park and ruine Woodstock. It's worth a visit. The boys from the Netherlands.

My husband and I have been to Ireland many times and try to visit as many of Ireland's "Tidy Towns" as possible. We have found they are all great places to stay. Inistioge is our new favorite "Tidy Town". The village is absolutely one of the loveliest I've found in all of Ireland. It is a small, quiet picturesque village... More

The room at the Arms was nice and rather large. Breakfast in the morning was good and the pub downstairs has a nice atmosphere. Proprietors were friendly and took good care of us and our baby. Property is right next to the main square and is a short walk from the picturesque river.

It's not the Ritz but nobody pretends it is. It's warm friendly clean and very much a comfortable village pub that is handy to many attractions and towns/cities. Breakfast is superb and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay for one, two or more nights. We landed at Dublin airport, picked up a car and... More

My husband and I were on the way to Kilkenny and exhausted (after driving/ferrying etc.) we drove over the bridge into Inistioge surrounded by lush fields and sheep...and decided to stop for the night. From the moment we walked into the pub to inquire about a room the owners were friendly and warm. In fact, they were so welcoming we... More

This pub has a great atmosphere any day of the week. Especially at weekends with live music. Rooms upstairs are bright, big and airy and you don't get high noise levels from the pub or outside area. The breakfast has a great variety of fry up's,cereal and fruit. Plenty of parking at the front and because you are right in... More

We so enjoyed our stay at the Woodstock arms recently and look forward to returning the next time we come back to this beautiful part of the world. The Inn is in the beautiful old village of Inistioge with bucket loads of charm and character. You can tell it's well established and has been in the heart of the village... More

We pre booked this pub/b&b with no real idea what it would be like. The hosts Annette and Richard were wonderfully welcoming, nothing was too much trouble and we were lucky enough to be there on the Friday that the local musicians played in the pub. We met about a third of the locals who were amazing in their hospitality... More
