What a wonderful stay we had at Carrabawn Guesthouse. Bernadette was such a lovely hostess, she gave us info and ideas of what to do in and around Adare which really attributed to our great trip. The rooms are super clean and neat and the Breakfast - the best we had in Ireland!! We honestly would have loved to stay... More

We chose this B&B by chance, and we had the best luck ever. We stayed in the Wexford room, which faced the back garden. It was the first b&b we stayed in which tea-making kit also had biscuits! Brigette and her daughter were absolutely wonderful, they loved to talk with us and suggested us a nice restaurant for the night.... More

Upon arrival at Dublin Airport we booked this B&B at the Tourist Info Desk. It was the best B&B of our Ireland vacation and about a 3 1/2 hour drive from Dublin. Brigette was the perfect host, so very friendly and helpful and with such a delightful sense of humour. The rooms here were very comfortable and clean and the... More

We had a lovely time (AND good weather!!) In Adare. Bernadette is a super hostess - with lots of info and ideas on things to do and places to visit. Rooms are very comfortable and clean , and breakfasts in the breakfast room overlooking the pretty garden , delicious! Wish we could've stayed longer!

Don't think I've ever been so fussed over in me life......NO reservation as usual, my vagabond, 'drop anchor here' travel methods put me in the care of mom Bridget and Daughter Bernadette for the best night's sleep ever......According to Bridget, it's only five minutes walk into town centre but those are IRISH MILES....Her response....'you walk to slow'.....Great peaceful spot with... A very friendly welcome and a clean and comfortable room with superking bed.. Hearty breakfast in a lovely dining room overlooking the delightful gardens. Bernadette was very helpful with local information. Would strongly recommend Carrabawn House when visiting the interesting village of Adare.

This is a friendly and happy place. Tiddy and clean. Lovely garden for relaxing. Quiet evenings. Easy walk to city center Adare. Outstanding value for the price. Spacious private parking. Our Bed and Breakfast of choice for our quarterly trips to Ireland. Regards, The Boothes

We stayed here twice on our trip to and from Killarney. Nice and warm welcome, the best B&B room during our trip to Ireland and the breakfast was excellent in a nice breakfast room with fine view over the garden.

Yes we would have stayed longer if we had had more time in Ireland. Adare is a nice village and Bernadette and Brigit made us really welcome. Solid breakfast. Go there, you won't be disappointed. Cheers.

we visited adare without booking accommodation in advance. Benedict welcomed us with a warm smile and immediately showed us the room. She prepared us a delicious breakfast and even though i was the only drinking coffee she still made a jug full and asked if we needed anything else. If you are looking for a hospitable B&B, you surely can... More
