We stayed here for 2 nights in May Pros: near city center of Adare (which is small), very friendly and helpful owner, nice breakfast spread (buffet of yogurt, fruits, breads, juice, coffee/tea and then made to order irish breakfast or your choice of other items). the dining room for breakfast had a lovely view of the garden. Cons: very tiny... More

This was our first experience staying in a Bed and Breakfast. We decided that while traveling around Ireland it should be on our "Bucket List". We are soooo happy that we did! Bernadette and Bridget were so friendly. The house is quaint and tranquil, the gardens are gorgeous and the room was adorable and spacious. The breakfast in the morning... More

We stayed here for one night on a trip around Ireland, enquiring about vacancies in late afternoon and so lucky that there was space for us. We had a lovely twin room, beautifully and tastefully decorated and with fantastic percale sheets! Everything was spotless and the room had all the facilities we could have wanted. The breakfast was great, freshly... More

She showed me the rooms and I picked up the one with largest beds. This property is classy, neat and elegant. Highly recommended, would have loved to... More

We dropped in unexpectedly around 12 lunchtime to ask if there was a room available. The whole house was available and we were welcome to check in straight away which was a nice bonus. By late afternoon the house was full to capacity. Bernadette and her helpful English aunt were very nice, chatty ladies and gave us info about the... More

I've stopped in many a hotel and paid much more for a lot less than Carabawn offers it's guests. What exceptionally clean rooms and conveniences, modern and tastefully decorated to a high standard. I would highly recommend staying in this home from home, the hosts were attentive and professional and the breakfast was just what you'd expect from such a... More

Orchard Cottage is absolutely lovely ideal for a two week break in Ireland. We were made very welcome and Bernadette gave us great advice on what to do and places to go when we arrived. Thank you Bernadette for such a wonderful holiday. We had a fantastic stay.
