We celebrated our wedding here at The Dunraven in May, 2014. We were absolutely blown away by our wedding experience at the hotel. Nothing was a problem, everything we requested just happened, and the day itself just flowed. Louis Murphy and his staff are impeccable in the service they provide. This hotel offers warm and friendly service, perfectly trained bar... More

What more can I say. This hotel is always a pleasure to stay in. I had my Wedding Reception in this hotel 12 years ago and fell in love with it then. We stayed in the hotel again last weekend and the service is just as fabulous as it was when we got married. Our kids loved the pool and... More

Adare itself was not what I had hoped it would be. It's all traffic and one tiny main street. It's like a stage set of a Towne. The Dunraven Arms was an OK hotel. Quirky and charming in part, but in need of some improvement. The room was large and we overlooked a lovely garden. But the bed was hard... More

Granny's is probably nicer though. This place is worn out, shabby, and smelly. When I walked into my room I was overcome with a bad odor - not sure what it was but seemed like rotting building. The hotel would like to pass for "old world charm" or the like but, truthfully, it needs to get up to date or... More

My husband and I so enjoyed the best food ever in the lovely cosy bar over looking the garden. The hake was cooked to perfection and so fresh and the Beef stroganoff was just gorgeous. IIt was a lovely way to spend a sunday evening and to be taken great care by the lovely smiling Niamh..

We stayed at the Dunraven Arms recently as we toured around the southern part of Ireland. Perhaps we were spoiled by the beauty, charm, and tranquility of our other accommodations, but when we arrived at Adare and the DA, we were quite let down. The town is jammed with traffic and wasn't particularly charming or scenic, in my opinion. We... More

Situated in the beautiful, old and historic village of Adare. Named after and representative of the Anglo-Irish family of the Earls of Dunraven who once lived in the sumptuous Adare Manor, now a luxury Hotel, located close to the village. The hotel has a charming old world feel to it but has all the modern facilities. The food is good... More

Just want we wanted - a large room, spotless white bed linen, lovely evening meal and breakfast and all staff very friendly. A hotel with personality . Only negative comment - the pool adequate but rather dated. We would be happy to go back!

We stayed at this lovely place for 2 nights. We had a junior suite which was large and very comfortable. The breakfast was great! Service was very efficient and friendly. We enjoyed afternoon tea in the bar. The waitresses were charming! Adare is a pretty, busy village. This hotel seems to have it all right. Would absolutely recommend as a... More

We stayed here for three nights while on a tour with Road Scholar. All rooms had a dressing room which made it really nice for stashing our suitcases and not feeling cramped as we did in other hotels. The hotel staff was so nice! I can't say enough about those young people. The breakfast had lots of options, both hot... More
