Clenahoo House Is a tasteful, artistic home in a quiet location, with delightful, generous and knowledgeable hosts Deirdre and Noel ensuring that all your needs are met. Our room was spacious, comfortable with attractive decor, and the Irish breakfasts were perfect. The position, just a few minutes’ drive from the centre of the charming town of Carrick-on-Shannon, is great for... More

The owners made us feel so welcome, the rooms were perfect for our needs and breakfast was of a very high standard. This was by far one of the best B&Bs that any of us have ever stayed in and I... From the very minute we arrived both Deirdre and Noel made us feel very welcome like it was a home from home, The house is in beautiful surroundings. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard and the selection for breakfast is by far the best we have ever experienced in a B&B. The food was freshly baked and it... More

We stayed one most enjoyable night at this wonderful B&B. Everything written in previous reviews is correct, about the hospitality, the house and the area. Deirdre and Noel are indeed the perfect hosts. In short, it is a highly recommended place to stay.

I stayed one night in this B&B and I could not say enough about it. From the minute we entered Deirdre was extremely friendly and welcoming, offering tea on our arrival. The house is beautiful and extremely homely. It was very quiet and peaceful with beautiful scenery around .The breakfast the next morning was by far the most appetizing way... More

Stayed one night at Clenahoo House in June 2014 and loved it. Deirdre and Noel are such warm hosts, and their house is so welcoming and comfortable. It was lovely to be a little bit outside town, as Carrick-on-Shannon is lively to say the least! Very peaceful indeed. Noel was so kind and dropped us into town for our evening... More

The warm welcome and stellar accommodations were just the ticket after a long drive from Killarney. Having tea with Deirdre and Noel was a highlight of our holiday. You feel like family here. A truly remarkable couple. The house is a gem and the breakfast was as beautifully presented as it was delicious.

We were a group of cyclists in need of a good nights rest. We found it here. Warmly welcomed by our friendly hosts Noel and Deidre for whom nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was amazing - great choice and all excellent. Again our hosts made a point of seeing us off on our onward journey.
