My sister and I had made reservations at The Olde Bakery Bed and Breakfast, but when we arrived in Kinsale, the owners were not there. We waited for two hours, but they still had not arrived. So we walked a half block away, and noticed that The Captain's Quarters had a vacancy sign in the window. The lovely owner's wife... more

The best part of Captain's Quarters is the location. It is a five minute walk to anything you would want to see and eat. The rooms are ok, but not great. The breakfast was all right, but not great. The best part is that it is located near the docks, meaning that you do not need to walk uphill late... more
