Excellent hostesses who were kind, helpful and accommodating. Very knowledgeable of the local restaurants and pubs. Delicious breakfasts with homemade scones and bread. Conveniently close to the center of Kinsale and surrounding points of interest. It was quiet enough for a good nights sleep! We'll be back!

After a long day, it was just lovely to end up in this gorgeous B&B. A friendly, warm welcome, comfortable, well appointed room, and delicious breakfast, made to order, combined to make for a great stay. A real shame we were only staying 1 night! Thank you for your recommendation to explore the Beara Peninsula. It certainly is stunning!

We enjoyed our stay at Cloisters. The location is great and the rooms are very nicely decorated. Breakfasts were cooked to order and were very good. The only comment I would make is that our room had very tight access around the bed. (Room 2). If you have any issues with balance or get up often in the night -... More

Came here after a red-eye into Dublin, so we were exhausted. But the ladies who ran the B&B met us and made us feel so welcome it made us want to wake up and enjoy our short stay in this little town even more. They told us a few places to eat in town and a couple of places to... More

What do you look for in a B&B, great bed, great breakfast, great hosts? Well you've found it, add great location, easy parking, a long strong hot shower and great value for money. We've been travelling now for almost two months, this is as good as it gets. Cloisters is.....'perfect'.

We had a lovely stay at Cloisters. Aileen and Orla wer wonderful in orienting us to Kinsale and setting us on our way to explore. Our room was lovely- we had two beds and lovely big bathroom. Breakfast was delicious- full irish as well as other yummy items like french toast. We not have a long stay in Kinsale, but... More

Excellent breakfast, very friendly. Location is great and the rooms are tidy and modern. We had a wonderful time staying here for two nights. I really appreciated the innkeepers knowledge of the area, she even provided us. Coastal driving itinerary for our drive from kinsale to dingle.

The B&B is a short walk from the harbor and a wide range of restaurants and pubs. The property was very clean and exceptionally well maintained. I had booked a single room, which I expected to be small; however it was bright and cheerful and there was a nice size bathroom with an excellent shower. The bed was extremely comfortable... More

This is a very charming B & B in a most charming town. One thing we will never forget is the suggestions Aileen and Orla gave us regarding our itinerary. We had planned to drive up to the Dingle peninsula then stay in Kenmar, followed by the Ring of Kerry and stay in Dingle. Our reasoning was Rick Steves suggestions... More

I have to agree with the Best in Ireland rating - we just finished our 2 week vacation in Ireland and stayed at 8 B&Bs and one hotel . This B&B was our favourite and we would recommend to anyone. Lovely room, lovely knowledgeable hosts. Great experience. Darren and Elle
