Everything you read is true! Aileen and Orla are wonderful hosts and extremely helpful with sightseeing and restaurant recommendations in Kinsale. On one of our tours we were told that Cloisters had the most comfortable beds in town and I don't doubt it. We were very comfortable in our immaculate and beautiful rooms. The breakfast was delicious and we had... More

Our first night in Ireland was spent at Cloister's B&B. It was a wonderful B&B with an excellent breakfast. Try the French toast -- it was delicious! Orla and Aileen couldn't have been more helpful with their dining and entertainment suggestions. We especially appreciated the driving instructions to get through the city of Cork as we were driving to Kinsale.... More

Our 2 night stay in Kinsale was delightful the people we met, the restaurants we visited, the walking tour we took were all fantastic. We will be talking about our Ireland trip for years to come and the highlight of that was Kinsale. All of these delightful adventures in Kinsale were suggested by Orla the wonderful host at Cloisters. Orla... More

On September 6th I arrived in Kinsale prepared to stay at the Cloisters B and B for one week--My friends had rented a condo with 3 beds to our surprise the condo was 4 bedroom so there was plenty of room for me. I contacted the Cloisters to cancel my week and was prepared to pay a goodly sum for... More

We spent one night at Cloisters, and we wished we had more! Aileen and Orla were excellent hosts and very accommodating and flexible with our group of five people. The place was clean, comfortable, and convenient. The rooms were really well-decorated in a contemporary style with each room having its own distinct design. We had such a fun time in... More

I had never been a fan of bed and breakfast, not the case at Cloisters Bed & Breakfast in Kinsale, Ireland. The room was beautifully decorated, had a full ensuite with dressing area, television and very comfortable furniture. The full breakfast was cooked to perfection and to please. Aileen and Orla are the perfect hosts.

We stayed in a small room at the Cloisters and it was just what we needed. The B&B is located in the center of town with ample parking. We parked our car once we got there and we able to walk everywhere we wanted to go in Kinsale in less than five minutes. Aileen and Orla greeted us warmly, giving... More

I will preface this by saying I am not a bed and breakfast person, in my past experiences there is a lack of privacy and it does not suit me. That being said, this was an outstanding experience. Aileen & Orla are warm, friendly, inviting, and professional. The room was immaculate, the bed very comfortable, the shower was ample size... More
