We had no idea what to expect, nothing to go on except the reviews on TripAdvisor when booking The Gallery. Was I ever glad I read about Tom's hospitality and the comfort of his home. The room was clean & bright and most important, quiet. Tom is a musician & one afternoon after a long walk my husband & I... More

Fantastic B&B in the heart of Kinsale. Tom welcomed us on our arrival and was more than accomodating throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, amply supplied and comfortable. The atmosphere was relaxed, making us feel that this was really a plesant place to retire to as a base. The food was lovely. Would recommend to any visitor to Kinsale.... More

This is one of the smallest bedrooms that we have stayed in. Barely able to move around the bed. The ensuite bathroom was okay in size. No private parking and the wifi did not operate in our room. Breakfast menu was extensive and was well cooked. Bed was very hard and we did not have a good nights sleep. At... More

Perfect place to stay for a weekend in kinsale and Tom the owner couldn't have been more helpful (we had a series of problems getting down there so turned up v late which must have been frustrating for him, and he still offered a lift to where we were going out for the night!) great service and excellent breakfast.

We stayed here for a long weekend in Kinsale. Welcome by Tom was teriffic as was his music! Breakfast menu was extensive, chose the full Irish while partner chosed the smoked salmon. Free parking is available behind B&B. Tom gave good advice when asked on places to visit and places to drink and eat. Location is in centre of town,... More

Imagine coming down to breakfast to the groovy sounds of some delicious West coast jazz playing oh-so-quietly in the background. Or how about an impromptu performance by your host himself - Vibraphone maestro Tom O'Hare? Just two of the unexpected delights at this fabulous B&B in Ireland's most laid-back resort. The Gallery also ticks all the important boxes - comfortable,... More

We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation is full of atmosphere. The Gallery is a traditional house rIght in the heart of Kinsale. The rooms are small but warm, full of character and tastefully decorated. Tom is a great host, helpful with local information, but not intrusive. Breakfasts were a delight.

This B&B is clean and comfortable and in a great location. Tom, the owner, was friendly and funny and even played a song for us on his vibraphone. It was a great start to our first night in Ireland. I would definitely recommend staying here. And Kinsale is a beautiful town you don't want to miss.

My husband and I stayed here during our trip to Ireland at the end of september 2012. I made reservations by phone with Tom, the owner. He is very nice and helpful and treated us like family. We arrived at the bright yellow and purple trim B&B and Tom greeted us with a smile and welcomed us into his home.... More
