A great room with more space than than some others and a comfortable bed, but don't miss the great time at breakfast were individual orders are taken and served up with warmth and humor. Tom and Chrissy great you like family.

We had a wonderful stay at Tom and Chrissy's Olde Bakery in Kinsale. This was one of our favorite on our 16-day loop of Ireland. Rooms were clean and inviting, and the hospitality was Great! I don't see how you two keep up with everything. After a long day of traveling and sightseeing it was refreshing to come 'home' to... More

Our hostess and her husband were a treat beyond compare. The home is a converted old bakery with a history of Ireland the hosts are glad to share. Funny, charming, yet so much attention to detail and meeting our needs. This couple understands what is necessary and desired by travelers and met all of our needs. Their advice and understanding... We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay at the Olde Bakery. Our ensuite room was clean and tidy and what one would expect from a nice B&B. However, two things made our experience at Olde Bakery standout. 1) Breakfast offerings were excellent. Perhaps the best on our two week week Ireland tour. The choices on the pre-breakfast buffet were overflowing.... More

If you want to enjoy the true friendliness of traditional Ireland, at least one overnight & breakfast at Tom and Chrissie Quigley's Olde Bakery has to be high on your list. They are the Irish family you wish you had and they just happen to be living in the cutest coastal village (with great restaurants) in Ireland. We visited them... More

Great location. No parking so had to find on street parking, not a big deal as car park 5 minutes walk away. Room (twin) was clean, had a sink in it, as the room was not en-suite. We were the only ones on the floor so not a big deal. Bathroom spotless. Breakfast was eaten in the kitchen at communal... More

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying with Chrissie and Tom recently for 2 nights at their lovely B&B. I can endorse all of the positive statements made by the previous reviewers. If you want 5* Hotel space and luxury then perhaps consider elsewhere. If you want 5* good old fashion hospitality and Irish warmth then look no... More

Situated well in the charming town of Kinsale. Comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast. Lovely hosts. Many of the conveniences of a hotel plus the warmth of a home. Definitely recommended, especially if you enjoy connecting with your hosts and other guests.

This B&B is an old bakery dating back to WWI were it was used to bake bread for the troops. Very charming rooms with each one decorated differently. The owners Tom & Chrissie were very accommodating. We ate breakfast in the kitchen/eating area while they prepared it....the scones were to die for.

We stayed at the Old Bakery for two nights on our tour of Ireland and found it to be a wonderfully pleasurable experience. Kinsale was a highlight of our trip and the folks at the Old Bakery were wonderful hosts. I’d never stayed at a BNB before so it was a bit different but our room was lovely, we had... More
