We had a heck of a time finding this B & B. Once we did, we had a pleasant stay, but had to drive back into the town. Because some roads were closed due to construction, we were lost on our way back out to Landfall House again. Margo, the owner, was a pleasant hostess and the rooms were clean... more

We just returned from our second trip to Ireland and spent our night in Kinsale at the Landfall House. We have stayed at 10 different B&B's in Ireland, and I can honestly say that this is the best by far. I booked with her over the internet based on previous Trip Advisor reviews and was not disappointed. Most B&B's offer... more

The Landfall House was the second best B&B we found in Ireland. Margo was the most cheerful and helpful hostess. The breakfast crepes were fantastic. And her views of the Bandon River was very impressive. Note that the excellent views are beause she is located up a pretty steep walk up from town. But then again Kinsale is a very... more

We had the good fortune of staying with Margo and her family on our first visit to Ireland. We could not have been more pleased with our choice. The home is located in a residential neighborhood a minute or two from the center city of Kinsale on a quiet street overlooking the beautiful Bay of Kinsale. The home is well... more

I chose to describe this B&B as charming but somehow that even seems an understatement, I really could use a whole dictionary full of positive words to describe this wonderful home. The days we stayed, We were entertained by Margo's three children. They supervised our whole stay. Each one made us feel equally welcome and were so kind and hospitable.... more

In a fantastic location close to the town, I would highly recommend Landfall House to anyone. The owners are so friendly and the house and bedrooms are immaculate. The atmosphere is relaxed and breakfasts are great. We will definitely be back! more

We have just returned from a week in Kinsale, Co Cork, where we stayed in Landfall House. I recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone wishing for a lovely, friendly place to stay. The couple who run it are so welcoming, you feel you are coming home! The house is spotlessly clean, and the breakfasts are something else! The choice... more

Landfall house is a wonderful place to stay! The rooms are big, clean, with contemporary decor and wonderful views. Breakfast is great with a good selection, and your host is excellent. The only problem would be if you don't have a car, as it is a little outside of the town. I'm sure you could walk into town, but it... more

My girlfriend and I have just returned from a week's holiday driving round southern Ireland. We were blessed with a week of blazing weather and were lucky to escape sunburn - who would think of packing suntan lotion for an April holiday in Ireland! Kinsale proved a good base to explore the southern coastal area of Ireland. It's on the... more

Had a great few days at this B&B. The views are spectacular and the rooms are a very good size. Everywhere very clean and welcoming. Margo (who owns the B&B) was helpful in offering us advice on where to go for good meals etc. And it was sunny most of the time too - perfect! more
