From looking at their web site, I expected a charming little "Boutique Hotel". Little was the operative word. The rooms were no larger than the "hard as a rock" bed! It was a nice B&B but the price was too high for what you got. The hot-tub was broken, there was dust in the glasses in the room. The next night we stayed in a lovely hotel with a swimming pool etc. for the same price (200 euros). more

Stayed here for the easter weekend 2008, found it great. Good location, nice rooms (suites were), breakfast was freshly cooked each morning, Nothing was to much trouble for Ann the host. would reccomend anyone to stay here if visiting Kinsale more

Ann the owner is one of the warmest people you could meet. Nothing is too much trouble. Ask for room 1 as it has a balcony with the best view. Breakfast is excellent with scrambled eggs and smoked salmon at no extra cost. The decor is boutique style and very tasteful. No bar but ice machine with buckets and glasses... more
