Recently I had the pleasure of staying at Kilkaw House in Kinsale . I can highly recommend this beautiful Guest House where I was made to feel most welcome from the moment of my arrival to my departure four days later. We enjoyed this B and B that was close to kinsale. I tried to get a room closer to the water but was not able and this place was very warm and inviting. We enjoyed a great breakfast and the hostess was able to give us some good tips on where to go on our travels. We ate at the... More

Wonderful spot with great clean rooms. Not much space to hang outside your room. The place is on a beautiful piece of land right next to Charles Fort. A bit too far to walk into Kinsale for us but definitely possible if you needed to. Lovely hosts who are most helpful on giving you recommendations for the day.

Set on well-maintained grounds, Kilcaw House B&B is clean and well appointed. The hostess, Chris, couldn't be more accomodating. While our room was not huge, we had no real space issues. Breakfast is personally prepared. Plenty of parking, very easy to find - even at night, and close to Kinsale town center without the traffic. Would certainly stay again.

The place is nice, easy to find, rooms clean, fairly roomy, safe place to crash for the night. Breakfast was nice, the lady of the house was very nice, gave us tips on travels. I would visit this location again.

The directions for the B&B are perfect, follow them and you will find it! Upon arrival we automatically felt at home. The welcoming was warm and check-in quick. We were given great recommendations and made us feel really comfortable. The rooms were nice and big, the beds were comfortable. We had to leave very early in the morning (3am) and... More

Kilcaw House in Kinsale, Ireland (Cork County) is a very welcoming place to overnight for a couple of days. You are treated like family, only better, especially at breakfast where you have a choice of 4 or 5 meals especially prepared for you. After two days we felt as though we had known Christine for a long time. She gave... More

This is a very nice B&B situated 2-3 Km outside of Kinsale. It is less than 5 min drive to town. The rooms and shower were very clean though not very big. Breakfast was delicious and the owners were very nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend this B&B to everyone.
