Brilliant B&B where we would definitely stay again due to the great location, excellent food for breakfast - all local produce and the lovely bedrooms which were refreshing having stayed in many inpersonal hotel rooms. Kinsale is beautiful and teh Kilcaw House is a 3 minute drive. More

We had a wonderful time at Kilcaw house in Kinsale. The beautiful and quiet country setting was just the place away from the hustle of town yet just minutes away. Christina and her staff were most accomodating and warm. Top of my full Irish breakfast list for all of Ireland as well. We will most certainly stay at Kilcaw when... More

This B&B is immaculately clean and lovely. The rooms are basic but comfortable. Christina and her family are lovely hosts. It is definitely not walking distance into the main part of town, but parking in town wasn't hard to find. In addition, on multiple occassions Christina and her family offered to drive us in to town. Breakfast was just ok,... More

We picked Kilcaw out after passing it on our way into Kinsale. This is an excellent B & B and very comfortable and welcoming. It was one of the best we stayed in of 5 B & B's we visited in Ireland. Happy to recommend to fellow travellers. More

I stayed at Kilcaw House for four nights with my travel partner, and we have nothing but good things to say about the place! Christine, the proprietor, is supremely attentive to the needs of her guests and always has good advice. The other staff are friendly and efficient; they all do a fine job of making their guests feel at... More

This was our favorite B&B by far on our Ireland trip (trip was 8 nights long and we stayed in 4 places). The room was comfortable and clean. The host family was AMAZING. Our hostess made suggestions to us for things to do and for places to eat (and called to reserve a spot). The breakfast was delicious as well.... More

Travelling to Ireland for the first time the plan was to travel round to see different parts. After starting off in Dublin we were ready to move South to Cork and we found this guesthouse in one of the local guide books. Ideally situated for the Killarney National Park and Blarney Castle, Kilcaw House was a delightful place to stay.... More

This was the first time I ever stayed at a B&B and I absolutely loved the Kilcaw house! The hosts were so welcoming and friendly that they made it feel like home. The beds were comfortable and the countryside was peaceful. The hosts had answers to any questions that we had about the area and were able to make some... More
