We arrived in to Kinsale near sundown on a December evening with no place to stay. We only made one small little loop through town before running in to see if they had a room at The White House. And they did! It was a very spacious room with high ceilings, a nice view of the town's "Main street" facing... More

Fantastic huge room. Great service. Breakfast was delicious. Really friendly people. We really enjoyed staying here and will be staying there again for sure. The Hotel is centrally located and there are dozens of pubs within a minutes walk.

I'm not sure why this is listed as a B&B. Having a bar, restaurant, and more than a handful of rooms, I would have thought it qualified as a hotel. Anyway, I stayed here for a night recently and really liked it. We received a proper warm and genuine welcome from a very helpful receptionist. The rooms (although cosy) were... More

We stayed here for 3 nights in September while spending 16 days in Ireland. We enjoyed the town of Kinsale. We were in the "Lodge" portion of the hotel. Had to walk up 2 flights of stairs to our room. Room was small but clean, sloped ceilings so felt a bit claustrophobic (ours was smallest of the 4 rooms for... More

Excellent meals! My girlfriend and I each got the “Special Value Menu” which includes an appetizer, entree and dessert for 26 euros. She had the soup, lemon-peppered chicken and warm chocolate brownie. I had the soup, salmon and mint ice-cream. Food and service were out-standing!

I stayed here with my parents in May and had a lovely time overall. Very spacious room, clean, friendly staff, lovely breakfast, good value for money and an amazing location. I would have given 5 stars if it had not been for the fact that my room was extremely smokey... somebody had been smoking in there for some time and... More

Stayed here for a long weekend in July 2014. Locationwise its ideal - close to everything. The staff are very friendly and are willing to go out of the way just to make you happy. The breakfasts are fabulous and plentiful - very tasty. The bar is very nice and it is possible to have your meal here. The live... More

We went there for an evening meal and it turned out to be an evening with live music too. The food was absolutely delicious (monkfish) and the service friendly with the Irish smile we've come to expect on this trip. The music was great and there was a lovely atmosphere in the bar.

Good hotel, bar with great Irish music. Rooms on the street were noisy due to nightlife. Had to climb 2 flights of stairs. Difficult to park nearby. Excellent breakfast with choices. Close drive to Old Head golf course
