Myself and my boyfriend stayed at the Old Bank House for a weekend in March. The weather for the weekend was really nice, we got to walk around the town and the hotel is right in the middle of the action. Stayed here recently for 2 nights and I can highly recommend it. The hotel itself is full of old world charm and is extremely comfortable. The location is second to none with Kinsale right on your doorstep. We could walk everywhere with the convenience of location. Breakfast was excellent to top off a great getaway experience. The only downside of this hotel is that the walls are thin. If you can get past that, this is an amazing hotel. We were there for 2 nights with friends. The place was not full. When we arrived the welcome was very offhand from a rather untrained girl but this was the only problem area (she was either shy or untrained).
