A fab hotel in the heart of Kinsale town. Our room was very comfortable with plenty of character. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was top quality. I recommend the eggs benedict. Highly recommended hotel.

We booked into the Old Bank House for my wife's birthday and had an amazing stay. Our room was absolutely beautiful, with fantastic views of the harbour and town. The lovely window seat was a hit with my wife! The following morning we had a gorgeous breakfast in the quaint cafe downstairs. There was a great selection of food. We... More

We wanted somewhere with a bit of character for our stay in Kinsale and this ticked all the boxes. Wonderful old building, typical high ceilings in our room and big sash Windows that have been double glazed mercifully as its a windy cold town in December, the bed was very comfortable and the bedding top quality, the ensuite gorgeous. It's... More

Good room, friendly welcome and a breakfast to die for! We stayed on a Sunday and were taken aback by how much was going on. Great live music at so many venues, all stones throwaway and none of that tourist 'did le dee' so called music!

We stayed at The Old Bank House for two separate nights recently and could not fault either room. One was at the rear and the other facing the road but neither were noisy, although possibly in the summer that may be different. All facilities were provided and the breakfast was very good. Right on the harbour front so pretty much... More

Went there for coffee and sandwiches and found it to be very good and reasonably priced. Staff a bit remote but they were busy. Definitely recommend the value and quality. Great variety considering the size.

This is a great place to stay in Kinsale - a quirky, laid-back place to use as a base for visiting SW Cork. It's an upmarket B&B that supplies comfortable rooms and an excellent breakfast. Ask for the corner room on 3rd floor which has views over the town, harbour and even Charles Fort. Staff are friendly and keen to... More

Great location. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Rooms not up to snuff. A bit dirty, torn wallpaper, dingy bathroom, filthy carpeting, and broken bathroom fixtures. Public inexpensive parking nearby. A good place to have as home base for a kinsale holiday

Two couples stayed here for 2 nights. We had the Collection Suite and it was very nice. We had a large sitting room, a good size bedroom with closet and a good size bathroom. The shower was very nice and large. We even had a tub that my wife used. The bed was very nice. The TVs didn't seem to... More
