What a beautiful hotel- the staff is wonderful and the room was very large & well appointed. It features a great restaurant ( good breakfast) and gift shop. Centrally located in downtown. Wish we had stayed longer

Absolutely lovely room in a beautiful old home. Breakfast was also quite good- great variety of local choices. Our room had a wonderful view of the water (we paid for a balcony room) and Perryville house provides a great starting point to walk around town For what it's worth, The shower in the recently renovated bathroom was spacious and the... My husband and I were on a short break. This is an expensive Hotel so expectations were high. Parking is available across the road and we were given help with our bags and a warm welcome, so far so good. The building and interior decor is traditional in style. Our room was large, clean and had a small balcony with... More

old rambling house. Very modern and clean. Breakfast included was great. The guy that runs the place with his wife is quite a character. out going and very friendly. Also very helpful in suggesting what to see and avoid on our trip. all spot on. right on the marina area and central to downtown. had its own parking.

Simply beautiful bed and breakfast. Our room was quite large and overlooked the main street and marina! Breakfast was very good - don't miss! Perfect location for walking around this lovely town. We went in September and it wasn't very crowded but I think the B&B was completely booked and I understand why! We would stay here again! Another Irish... More

Magnificent place. Tastefully furnished very cozy. It starts in the lobby with the open fire and ends at the super clean and tastefully furnished rooms with super comfortable beds and new bathrooms. Very nice owner - perfect place. The breakfast is awesome too and offers an excellent (not huge) selection of very high quality local products. Highly recommended

A great place to stay in the heart of Kinsale, with an almost literally larger-than-life proprietor, Andrew. "Guesthouse" is a misnomer for places like this, which really are small luxury hotels. Our room was huge, with two large windows, overlooking the courtyard. Strongly recommend a room with an external view, as it was a bit discomfiting to leave big windows... More

Stayed here the past few nights. Great location, 2 minute walk to town. Close to stores, restaurants, etc.. Great host, Andrew, helped us with dinner recommendations and reservations. Hefted our considerable luggage. The room was spacious, overlooking the harbor, with a large bathroom. Without a doubt the best breakfast we've had in a B&B.

Myself and my husband recently stayed for the weekend, the location and hotel couldn't have been better in Kinsale!! Andrew and all the staff couldn't have been nicer, they were so friendly and accommodating! The adjoining tea room & shop were great, we enjoyed a delicious lunch there! Will definitely be going back and will be sure to stay in... More

This was my first time staying at a B & B and I have always been a little leary. After staying here it has changed my tune. From walking into the welcoming reception area with big comfy couches and chairs to the staff that are extremely helpful and nice. We couldn't have asked for a better first time experience. I...
