This is a wonderful B&B right in the heart of Kinsale. The owner, Jimmie, was SO welcoming and helpful. It is located on a quiet street just up from the heart of Kinsale and so everything is nearby but it's just that little bit away so it's quiet for sleeping. He gave us so many great recommendations for pubs and... More

We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay at the Saint Antonio Bed & Breakfast. In terms of nuts and bolts, the room was comfortable, offered everything we needed, and was clean, no spectacular amenities, just a cozy functional room with character. The breakfast was brilliant, a full Irish breakfast with the option of porridge, alongside fresh bread, squeezed... More

Great little B&B right in the middle of Kinsale. My husband and I stayed for two nights and had a large second floor room, which was clean and tidy. Jimmy was a fantastic host; friendly and informative.

My husband and two sons (13+10yrs) were hosted by Jimmie in the top floor of this lovely old building. Nothing was too much trouble! His soda bread is homemade and 5*....he works from dawn to dusk, and later sometimes.....and his very knowledgeable about Kinsale and all that's on offer. And he even posted us back a charger we accidentally left... More

I first stayed at San Antonio while visiting Ireland with my friend in 2007. Eight years later I returned with my boyfriend and Jimmie is still a great host! We had a lovely stay (clean, quiet rooms) and like last time the food was delicious and chatting with Jimmie was a blast. It was still hard to find, but that... More

My wife and I spent two nights in Kinsale. We also stayed at the San Antonio at the recommendation of another B&B owner we contacted whose property was already full. We were greeted by the host, Jimmie, and got settle in. He made us feel right at home, helped get us oriented. The rooms are immaculate, the location is in... More

My wife and I in Ireland and Northern Ireland for 2 weeks. The San Antonio was definitely my favorite B & B of out trip. Jimmie was a great host and the facilities were very good. We staying in a top floor room in the older section of the house. But the plumbing did not seem old. The shower water... More

We stayed at the San Antonio at the recommendation of another B&B owner we contacted whose property was already full. Jimmy is a fantastic host, the San Antonio is a wonderful old house in great condition and perfectly located near the heart of Kinsale restaurants, pubs and shops. We were within a short walk of nearly everything and Jimmy's recommendations... More

A wonderful host, immaculate rooms, fabulous breakfast, and a terrific location. Jimmie is the finest of hosts and keeps his establishment clean, warm, and inviting. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend San Antonio.

Jimmy is a very nice host, and the B&B is very close to restaurants, pubs and shops. Breakfast was good. Our only complaint was the noise at night. Being close to the pubs, we had issues both nights we were there.
