This is a terrific place to stay, whether you want to relax or go hiking for the day. The owners of the home, Mick and Mari give 100% to the comfort of their guests. The breakfast selection was more than outstanding, offering fresh eggs, rashers, tea and breads! My room was spacious, comfortable all en suite, with free wifi in... More

Mick and Mari were great hosts. The morning banter following breakfast was lovely. The front of the house has a lovely sun room for relaxing during the day or taking in a sunset at night. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Mari's rhubarb muffins were to die for!

We stayed with Mick and Mari during our trip to Ireland. They take time to chat with each guest over tea and fresh muffins. They are truly interested in what you want to get out of your visit. Best breakfast we had with sausage made from their own pig and eggs from their own chickens. Their home is lovely and... More

This was our last stop on our motorcycle trip around Ireland, and definitely the best! Mick and Mari are SO generous and kind, and would bend over backwards to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Also, Mari makes the BEST Irish soda bread I had in all of Ireland! And she even shared her recipe with me! Loved it... More

Have stayed there twice, got a great reception and very friendly vibe both times. B'fast is good as well. The couple who manage are very friendly and gave us a lift to the wedding hotel. Good location too.

We arrived late on Friday evening and Mick and Mari welcomed us with tea and a fresh muffin, we got all the local tips we needed to make this trip unforgettable. The rooms are very spacious and clean, the breakfast menu (1 portion included in the price) offers a variety of dishes, I chose the pancake and they were devine,... More

We stayed in six hotels and b&bs during a recent trip to Ireland, and this was by far the best of them; Mari and Mick are wonderful hosts, and it was a real pleasure to stay in their lovely home. We were welcomed with tea and rhubarb muffins (delicious!), and lots of helpful advice about local places to visit and... More

Hi Melissa, It's great to hear from you so soon after your stay with us. I hope your trip home was a pleasant one and that you're totally refreshed and ready to hit the books again.
