I can't praise the management and staff of Dunmore House hotel enough. I really enjoyed a break there recently and if anyone is looking for a stress free and relaxing break I would reccommend Dunmore Hotel Hotel. The accommodation is very comfortable and the food delightful. The staff were very helpful and curtious. If your heading to West Cork, don't... more

For over 12 years we have been staying once or twice a year at the Dunmore House Hotel, usually for two weeks We know Ireland very well, but this is our favourite place. The hotel has comfortable, well-equipped rooms with a dream outlook over the sea. Family and staff are most friendly, helpful and efficient. The breakfast is excellent and... more

Dunmore House is so much more than a hotel! I have been going there for years and the hotel is situated in one of the most picturesque areas of the Irish countryside. You cant fail to be impressed with the view from the hotel as you look out across the water. But this place is so much more than just... more

We had stayed the previous evening in Cork city at the Ambassador on Military Hill Cork which was both plush and affordable at around £80,beautiful room with balcony overlooking Cork City, all facilities and a magnificent breakfast. I cannot over emphasise my dismay upon arriving at... more

We stayed here on a saturday night for a wedding. The hotel price is €170 for a double room. The room was like a nice B&B, small room with cheap furniture but clean. My main problem was the price. This hotel should be charging between €80 to €100 a night. There are so many good value hotels in Ireland now.... more

I decided to visit this hotel after reading rave reviews about it.. I looked forward to beautiful rooms with sea views.. In a beautiful location with great food etc. Unfortunately I was left extremely disappointed. My room had no sea view, My room was small and old fashioned and the food was mediocre.. also, as a lover of the seaside... more

Stayed only three nights but will go back for much longer next time! A superb hotel in every way. Great food and very friendly and helpful staff. Sublime sea views and great walks around about. Bedrooms and public areas attractive , clean and with all facilities. Far better quality and standards than the three stars would suggest. more
