Stayed recently for 2 nights for a wedding we were attending in the neighbouring area.very tired and drab hotel. Rooms extremely basic- more like what you would experience in a hostel. Ate in the bar for lunch, again very basic. No care and attention but into any aspect of this hotel. We were extremely glad 2 move to a different... More

Recently stayed in this hotel was very disappointed. On arrival receptionist was not very welcome.hotel could do with a complete makeover and cleaning. The food was good but overpriced. We compliment the cleaning ladies for there lovely mannerisms, some of the staff could look up to them. Won't be returning to this hotel.

...there´s nothing else old and charming about this place! The interior is modern and not very charming. We arrived here late Saturday night during the Bank holiday in June. They were more or less fully booked but we where lucky to get a room. As it turned out, someone had slept in one of the beds ( I tired employee... More

A good hotel with a wide range of facilities, including an indoor swimming pool. Our bedroom was slightly dated, but was clean and quiet. Breakfast was included and of a good standard. Most importantly the staff were very friendly and helpful. Without asking, a fan was provided when temperatures started to soar.

This hotel is in the centre of all you need for local shopping. The rooms are slightly dated and there is no air conditioning, but who cares? The staff were lovely and welcoming. The cleaner even bought us a fan to cool off. Huge range of local shops including Tescos. Stayed at Hi-B on two other occasions and this time... More

We booked our room for 2 adults and 1 child online for a saturday night and were really looking forward to our stay. Unfortunately we then got a call from the hotel that the room was the last available room and was located just above the night club. I believe that people should be advised when they are booking that... More

On check in we were informed that our assigned family room was over the night club- declined this and offered another "away from the club". It is 00.37 and the bass beat can be heard on the other side of the hotel. The hotel which had NO MENTION of a nightclub on it's website. Pity there is no other hotel... More

We stayed at this little hotel on our road trip to Galway and glad we did. Rooms were old style and clean bathroom was excellent with great water pressure. Busy fitness centre with large pool and garden area. Breakfast was included in our rate and was delicious and plentiful. Overall fantastic hotel.

Had such an amazing time at your hotel and in Mallow. Everything about your hotel and staff was absolutely perfect and we couldn't have asked for more! I've certainly never met such friendly and welcoming staff at a hotel before..our holiday would not have been this wonderful if it weren't for you. Will definitely be coming back soon.
