This was the worst B&B we encountered during our 2-week trip to Ireland. It is located just past the village of Macroom in Ballyvourney. The room was dirty and cold. When I told the owner that I couldn't get the radiator to work, she told me that was because the heat was turned off, but that she would turn it... more

We have recently Updated all our rooms by the irish tourist board standards, and have always tried to keep the quality of our service as high as it has been for years. Im sorry that you did not enjoy your stay, if you felt unsatisfied with the service i would have preferred if you talked it over with the owner...
