Got a great two night deal on the mills inn website. Two nights b&b one evening meal and a bottle of prosecco for €150.00 for two of us. Fantastic value, very welcoming and friendly staff. Food was fantastic, we were given a set menu but fancied the bar food instead and had no problem in changing to that. And as... More

I booked in with a stag of 25 for dinner. The team at the Mills were very helpful in arranging a set menu which turned out to be great value on the day. The team were patient and flexible in terms of the changes in arrival time and numbers. The menu on the day was a selection of 3 mains(Cod/Pork/Beef),... More

Stopped in the mills yesterday travelling home from kenmare. The car park was busy, when we walked in the staff were very accommodating and arranged a table for us. Even though the bar and restaurant was busy the mills still kept up the usual very high standard, we didn't have to wait long and when our food arrived we could... More

On the 22 nd of February I held a children's party at the Mills for the group who had taken part in our annual Christmas pageant. What a wonderful night we had. When we arrived the manager was there to meet us and he could not have done more to make our night so enjoyable. The venue was warm and... More

Myself and my husband went to Killarney for the day last Tuesday and on the way home we were feeling peckish so we said we'd stop for a bit of grub as we have been there plenty of times before and its always great! My husband had the chicken stirfry which looked delicious and I had the curry (they now... More

Had lunch there today 20th Feb '14 and I can safely say the Seafood Chowder in the best in Ireland! Only downfall is you only get one slice of delicious brown bread, which is a bit on the small side. I was with a 3 year old and 5 year old children and they got chicken goujons and pasta and... More

We stopped here on a recent trip from Cork to Killarney. We used to stop as kids when the place was a small country pub, so I couldn’t believe the change. It still retains some of that ‘country’ charm, with dark woods and open fires, but it’s now turned into a kind of ‘super-pub’ and is huge, so it’s lost... More

Called in simply because it was Sunday afternoon and we were feeling peckiish and had time to kill before catching a flight from Cork. I was surprised that the large car park at the rear of the pub was almost full and wondered what was going on. On going to the bar it was very clearly a popular and well... More

My friend and I went for dinner on Tuesday night the 29th of January to The Mills Inn. We both had steak which was cooked exactly like we asked. Staff were very courteous as always in The Mills. Looking forward to eating there again soon.
