Stopped over in Bundoran after a business week in the north. There's nothing quite so desolate as a surfing town in wild February, but our good fortune was a fabulous welcome and a most comfortable stay here. Room was immaculate, furnishings looked new and toiletries a welcome surprise. Breakfast the next morning was perfect and our host was charming. Totally... More

Stayed with the Davey's for 7 days and each day was lovely. Their stately home is sparkling clean, well located for walking access to all town facilities, and their breakfasts (cold or hot) are excellent. Anne and Padraig are warm and welcoming hosts. I highly recommend Killavil House!

I have stayed here many times over the last 2 years or so now and wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else. Spotlessly clean and tidy, delicious breakfast cooked fresh and wonderful hosts Anne and PJ who are so friendly. Everything you could want from a Bed and Breakfast.

We stayed in this B&B twice last year. The land lady was lovely on both occasions. She was very friendly and welcomed us warmly. She made sure we were happy with our room and if we wanted any tea or coffee facilities. She also asked us what type of breakfast we would like in the morning, (cooked or not). In... More

We went to Bundoran for a weekend away and stayed with the Daveys in their lovely B&B. On arrival we were given a warm welcome from Mr Davey who greeted us at the door. We were then shown to our room which was absolutely spotless. Any information we needed was readily available either from our hosts or from the folder... More

We stayed here one night as the Great Northern was fully booked. It was very clean. We wanted to watch some telly but the 14" telly was too high and too small to be bothered. It was very quiet, so we got a good sleep and the breakfast was good. The hosts were pleasant. I think I'd try somewhere else... More

As we had to leave early in morning for appointment Mrs Davey gave us a beautiful breakfast at half 7. The room was lovely and spacious and beds very comfortable. would stay here again... More

Avoid at all costs!! Very arrogant landlady! I planned a fun and relaxing weekend surfing with my girlfriend. So after booking a double room knowing that accommodation would be difficult to find at the weekend. I stated that we would arrive in the afternoon after our surf lessons. On arrival well before 6pm, looking forward to a warm shower and... More

We have been visiting Donegal for "The West Coast Challenge" golf tournament for the last 17 years and would not consider staying anywhere other than Killavil House. The Davey's are excellent hosts, always extending a warm welcome and willing to advise on restaurants, golf or assist with any other queries their guests may have. The rooms are good and Ann's...
