I was shocked at the state of disrepair and overall grungy feel of this hotel. Carpets were grimy and should have been replaced years ago. Our shower/tub was mildewed and the tiles were buckled out from water damage. The mattress was old and very worn. Our room was directly over top the bar and it was quite noisy until late.... More

We bought a voucher which included a weekend break b & b with a 4 course evening meal with a glass of wine and also 1 hydrotherapy bath and 1 seaweed bath and full use of the leisure facilities. We asked for a room with a seaview (which we received). From start to finish the service was excellent and we... More

Myself and my boyfriend stayed here for a weekend after buying one of the GrabOne vouchers which included two nights bed and breakfast, one dinner, and two spa treatments. When we arrived in the room it seemed fine, in need of a little refurbishment but clean and spacious. We had dinner in the restaurant that night which was nice enough... More

I love coming to Bundoran & staying in the Holyrood. Perfect location. My last stay in the Holyrood was brilliant. My husband and I stayed for 2 nights last weekend. The hotel was busy and had a great buzz about it. Live music was great in the bar, staff so friendly and helpful. First thing I notice about this hotel... More

Clean bedding and comfy beds but noise from the in house disco which stored at 11:30 at night and finished about 4:00am kept us awake all night. Music so loud we could hear every ord of the songs. TV in bedroom was very old fashioned with one channel which we kept losing. Had a family room for two adults and... More

Dear Guest, We really appreciate you taking the time to post a review of your stay at the Holyrood Hotel. The Holyrood is a family run 3 star property with an excellent location in the centre of the pretty seaside resort of Bundoran. With our central location we do have problems with noise from different venues on busy nights. I... More

Loved my stay here with my family for 3 night, we were so lucky the sun was shining so there was so much to do outdoors. We had two spacious rooms with views of the ocean from our window, rooms were newly renovated and we could see a lot of renovations ongoing in other rooms, could not fault anything in... More

Family friendly, fantastic fun, fabulous food. Nothing is too much trouble, it is like a home away from home without the daily grind. Either spa bath treatment is a luxury not to be missed and the pool is an extra treat for all the family to enjoy. I have enjoyed family stays here with my husband and children and 'girlie'... More
