We heard about Ramada from friends of ours who stayed last August, and all that they said was true.... We arrived at the hotel, to be greeted by a very friendly receptionist who promptly checked us into our rooms. We choose a two night stay and two interconnecting rooms as I was travelling with my partner and family and my... more

We stayed here for a wedding, 4 nights. The reception is clean but very basic, there's no soul or life there. The rooms are clean and bright. The TV's are small and lacking in channel choice, but the shower is great good pressure, shame about the shower curtain I hate it sticking to my skin. The leasure centre is basic... more

Dear Bodhan Thank you for taking the time to put your constructive comments on TA. I am truely dissappointed that you found the hotel lacked in soul and had little character. I am glad, however, that you found our staff helpful and good. We do strive to exceed our customers expectations when it comes to service. Once again thank you...

We travelled to Ballina for a family wedding which took place in The Ramada Myself and my other half decided to make it our holiday and used the Heaton's holiday voucher which allowed us to stay for 3 nights B&B and 1 Evening Meal. We arrived Tuesday and checked out Saturday morning. We added Friday night onto our stay in... more

Great Offer, 3 nights Dinner B&B, plus two dinners 325, kids had their own room. We all had a great stay at the Ramada, before the kids returned to school. Dear Oteddyo, Thank you for your kind comments. It goes to show that hotels like our own can be great value and offer great service. When times are tight, we must offer a compelling reason to travel. This is a strange place I thought. Aesthetically it is not very attractive, but when you walk into the reception area it is bright and spacious. We were given room 323 and as per our request for a quiet room at the end of a corridor, this was ideal. The room was very clean and comfortable and the bathroom was... more

Dear Slumped, We've been in direct contact and I felt it important to acknowledge our failings online. We should have put out a sign regarding the fire alarm and we were caught short on staff for breakfast on one of your two mornings through last minute illnesses - there's a lot of concern at the moment that the slightest cold...
