A very welcoming B&B. Very helpful. Carried our suitcase. Plenty of parking. Big room and the hosts were really friendly. We had a purpose for our visit and the hosts made some local enquiries for us.

Lovely, clean B&B located close to downtown, with ample parking and very charming and helpful hosts. Nuala met us at the door and showed us to our room, while James carried our suitcases up the stairs. I would certainly return again.

James helped port our bags and offered loads of suggestions and great local color! Our room was at the front of the house and road noise was a small bother when... More

A very comfortable and welcoming stay which catered for all my needs. Easy to find and ample parking. Lovely selection for breakfast and nothing is too much trouble. Close to the train station. Tea & coffee in the rooms.

We spent four nights at the Abbey B & B. James, our host, was most friendly and helpful and made us good breakfasts. The rooms (we were with friends) were spacious and comfortable the bathroom was large. We enjoyed the sign to keep the shower doors closed when showering! Even though there was a train line behind the house, it... More

Our group arrived after a long day in the saddle (motorcycles) to a warm welcome from Nuala to this lovely house. It is immaculately presented and the rooms are just great, spacious and well appointed. The breakfast was a great experience with the entertainment and enlightening conversation provided by James. When we return to Ballina we won't be looking anywhere... More

We arrived late to a warm welcome. The rooms are very clean and comfortable in this beautiful home. The breakfast was delicious . Thank you. We found the house very easily with no sat nav in a good location in a lovely part of the world.
