We were going to stay 3 nights in the B&B but only stayed the one night because the room we booked was not en-suite as we had expected. Totally our mistake as we had booked a standard room thinking that it would have a bathroom. The room itself was clean but the wi-fi connection kept going off. The breakfast was... More

Spent three nights at this bed and breakfast and was very glad I did. Josephine was a gracious hostess, and the room we used was clean and very refreshing after a busy travel day. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious, and the surrounding area was enjoyable to see and explore. Highly recommended!

Josephine and PJ were gracious hosts. Food and service excellent. Location in Ballina convenient to all restaurants, shops and local attractions. Room very clean and comfortable. I recommend to all. We walked everywhere. The river Moy flows picturesquely through the heart of town, just across the cathedral parking lot from Greenhill.

From the first minute we were given all the required attentions and wise advise about what to see and where to eat. Breakfast was nicelly served, everything was kept extremelly clean and I wave nothing but good words for the kidness of the owner. Thanks for making it easy.

Very comfortable, warm and cosy stay in spacious very clean en-suite bedroom overlooking the Cathedral. Tasty breakfast and lovely homemade banana bread was a treat. No noise and a really good nights sleep. With in walking distance of the shops and town centre. Will certainly be staying again. Thank You Josephine

We are on a trip around Ireland and stopped in Ballinas because we liked the town. We were very happy to find Greenhill B&B just minutes away from the city center. We were met by a friendly host with a cup of tea/coffee as we came and a homemade cake. We felt welcomed from the very start. A very nice... More

Josephine was a great hostess, food was great, situated just behind the cathedral. Room was very clean and bright. Went to the Auld Shebeen Pub, just around the corner, a fun place with very nice and interesting folks. A nice side trip was up the coast to Ballycastle, Down Patrick Head, and Bel Mullet.

A very friendly, warm welcome from Josephine on our arrival. We were also asked would we like tea or coffee, which was a delightful surprise. Sadly declined as we were going for dinner. Spacious and Comfortably Warm bedroom with a very Clean en-suite with Toiletries. Plenty of hot water for showering. Superb mattress on the bed for comfort and slept... More

Great location right behind the cathedral. Super clean rooms and breakfast was perfect. Good instructions and advice from the owner. Tea and fairy cakes on arrival was very welcome after our trip and the room was available immediately.. We would not hesitate to recommend this to our friends.
