Just home having spent 2 nights DBB in this hotel, I found everything to be up to an acceptable standard. My 4th floor room had a double and a single bed, hospitality tray and a flat screen TV. The shower was raised slightly higher than normal off the floor so you had to take a little care getting in and... More

Mixed feelings about this hotel. Its in a lovely location, handy for the town and right next to the river. It just has the feelng its somehow in the state of flux. The lounge entrance has a comfortable seating area but would be even better overlooking the river. The room was a nice size, with comfortable beds and equipped to... More

The hotel is in a great location on the edge of the town and overlooking the river. Everything is within walking distance. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The huge bed ( queen size I think ) was extremely comfortable. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. Breakfast was lovely. There was a selection of fruits, cereals,... More

Stayed in The Manor Hotel recently. Great location right in the centre of Ballina. Pleasant, helpful staff. Rooms/beds very comfortable. Would suggest the instillation of air conditioning. Breakfast fairly good. Bit pricey. Small bottle of water, 3.60 Euro. Room service charge 10 Euro. Despite the expensive water/room service I would certainly stay here hotel again.

We intended staying two nites but left after one nite, the staff were excellent,we had dinner and breakfast and both were top class....the leasure centre is almost non existant,a tiny pool 3 feet deep and thats about it! Because of it's location this hotel has huge potential but they need new furniture in the rooms,a new, faster lift.....new decor in the corridors.

We enjoyed this hotel for its central location. You can enjoy local bars and restaurants and not worry about having to drive back. The hotel also has underground parking a few yards down the street. The reception staff were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Our room was too warm, even with the radiator turned... More

Great centre hotel that far exceeded our expectations. The hotel décor is beautiful and the place was spotless! We stayed for 2 nights room only BUT were so impressed, we had breakfast and evening meal there as well. For 10 euros, the choice at breakfast was amazing and the full Irish breakfast was a delight and certainly did keep us... More
