A fair chunk of our hotel-room carpet, all of the bathroom floor and some items of clothing belonging to us got soaked overnight from a burst pipe either in the next room or somewhere else nearby. I thought an explanantion at the very least would have followed at some point from management but it seems it's not to be. As... More

Found the hotel ticked all the right boxes - lovely food, extremely friendly staff, clean room, right in the centre of Ballina. Only criticism, which certainly won't put me off staying there again was that the lay out or flow (loads of nooks and crannies in the corridors) of the hotel quite strange with poor signage, kept getting lost

I have stayed here twice. Went back the second time as due to a last minute booking it was the best value in the centre of Ballina. Rooms are dated and on my second stay stains on the blankets and stray hairs in the 'clean' bathroom put me off for good. Was quoted €85 for b&b and when I asked... More

I found the staff excellent, particularly reception and dining room. As I had booked a no. of rooms they were very accommodating in cancelling one without charge on the night of the 30th. December. They could not be more helpful. Breakfast was much superior to one I received in Westport the following day. Car parking next door, shared by apartments... More

We spent one night in this Hotel through our two week road trip through Ireland in November. We slept good and the bathroom was clean. We had no breakfast, but u can easily grab a sandwich around the corner. The staff was friendly.

Ballina manor is a little tricky to find, car parking is a bit tight but free. The hotel itself is a small bit dated but kept very clean. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The only con i could mention us the corridors in the hotel its like a maze trying to find your way around. Rooms are resonable... More

We stayed for a weekend in the Best Western Ballina Manor and were impressed with the nice welcoming lobby with the big open fire. The rooms were ok but felt a bit tight. The heat in the room was unbearable at night and we had to leave the windows open all day on the second day to allow it to... More

Stayed here for a weekend with my husband and youngest son during the summer. The staff were lovely and helpful. The room was nice but the noise level (even with closed windows) was very unbearable, as right on a main street. Breakfast was edible but have had better. There are some wonderful eateries nearby well worth a visit. My son... More

The Ballina Manor hotel is well located next to the river Moy and I found provided very comfortable accommodation at a great price. In fact I would say that you would struggle to find such a well presented hotel at a comparable rate... sounds like a sales promo but actually its true. Found the food in the hotel very good... Had a family weekend in ballina. We stayed at the manor . It is a great location and the town was all done up for Halloween and a haunted van with sound effects was touring around all weekend. The staff at this hotel are wonderful without exception. They should all take a bow . Thanks very much for the huge... More
