My wife, child and I eat here last Saturday night and left completely underwhelmed. Our experience looking for a table was terrible as the 'Head' waitress was not anyway obliging. The food was so so and the service was adequate with not a hint of a smile on any of the staff, On Paying I informed the same 'head waitress'... More

Called here for a pub sandwich lunch when passing by on a recent Sunday. Superb lough-side location with pleasant staff. The restaurant appeared to be gearing up for a busy Sunday afternoon. I was told that, at present, Healy's does not offer accommodation following a fire.

Visited last week with hubby, parents and 10 year old daughter. All the adults ordered chowder and an omelette. The chowder was packed with fish and prawns and served with beautiful freshly baked brown bread. omelettes delicious. Staff were pleasant and service good and fast. Roll on next year so we can go again.

While this hotel is in a lovely situation along the lake, and on a sunny day it is very pretty, it lacks a little attention. The bar while it has a lovely friendly staff is dated, but adequate. The food however in the restaurant leaves a lot to be desired. The view from the restaurant is beautiful, the food is... More

Our first visit to Healys was good. Nice atmosphere, quite busy on Saturday evening, food ok, nothing special but good. Staff very nice and efficient, especially Mary in restaurant. Bar very busy and nice atmosphere.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️: Extremely helpful and nice staff, great food, nice views of the lake, relatively quick service, nice seating The only small con that there would be is if healys is full you feel abit claustrophobic (might not be the right word) but I hope you know what I mean.

I was taken to Healy's by my girl friends family and it was easy for me to see why this place has been a family favourite for them for years. The service was excellent - the waitresses were delightful and helpful with our food choices. We sat outside on a lovely day in beautiful setting and within minutes my hangover... More

I took my two friends to Healy's Restaurant for dinner on Wednesday and we had such a lovely evening. I hadn't booked and the restaurant was full but Aisling, one of the waitresses, asked us to stay in the bar and she would call us when a table became free. She was so pleasant and friendly and we didn't have... More

I had lunch here in April 2013 with my cousin and the food was amazing, so when I was over on holiday this week(tue), decided to treat a friend to lunch, the food was appalling - I mean dreadful, whoever the chef is needs to return to school. My friend had the roast of the day - mashed potato with... More
