One word to convince you to stay at Coill An Rois: Jimmy! He is a wonderful man and runs the B&B with class and dedication. We travelled as a group of three with two vegans, and he went ahead and made vegan muffins, vegan cookies, and amazing fruit plates for breakfast. It is about 10 minutes drive outside of the... We spent a single night at Jimmy's on our walk on the Dingle Way. We were welcomed with afternoon tea and Jimmy's homemade cookies and muffins to refresh ourselves. He is indeed a competent cook and baker. Very delicious! Jimmy later on took us to the pub down the road where we had dinner and then walked back. We then... More

We were a party of 6 and had a lovely time in this BB far west in Ireland. Jimmy is an exelant host , and cook. You better have a GPS to find the house as you might not find it , otherwise call Jimmy for help as we did :)))

Jimmy was a wonderful host! He told us what was going on in the town that night and also how to drive around the Dingle Peninsula. Breakfasts were the best we had the whole trip. Would stay here again!

We were a little concerned booking a B&B located outside of Dingle town, but this B&B about 10 minutes drive away is definitely a great find. The host Jimmy is every bit as welcoming, funny, helpful, delightful and a great cook as all the other reviewers have mentioned. This B&B takes first place breakfast honors vs. the other five B&Bs... Stayed for one night whilst walking the Dingle Way. A real gem and perfect in so many ways. Your host Jimmy is a delightful chap and superb host, running us to the restaurant and back and sending on a bag of mixed items left by the teenage contingent in the party ( many thanks Jimmy!). Such a shame to only... More

My wife and I had a very enjoyable stay at Jimmy's bed and breakfast. Our highlights of the visit have to be the delicious black currant jam with butter on a scone (all homemade!) at tea time/breakfast as well as the very comfortable and clean room (with great water pressure!) overlooking cows grazing. The place is about a 10-15 minute... More

This B&B was grand. Jimmy is a wonderful host and chef. Breakfasts were a real treat and he even taught me to make scones including his wonderful recipe. His recommendations for eating were spot on and his help with touring tips were greatly appreciated. Its location was great as it was out in the country with sheep and cows across... More

Spend a night there and we really enjoyed it. Our host, warm and friendly, welcomed ous with tea, coffee and homemade scones with superb marmelade (also homemade). A very nice introduction including a perfect suggestion for Dinner. The rooms nicely decorated and well equipped giving a nice view over the surrounding hills. This is a B&B I absolutely can suggest... More

Warning...if you walk the Dingle Way clockwise, this B&B adds on a little distance since it is through some of the other small towns with accommodations. BUT IT IS WORTH IT! First, it is ON the trail and any mile we got done that day was one less before scaling Mount Brandon the next! Also, the shower and bed was... More
